★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 01 de junho fui até a loja trocar a bateria do meu relógio fossil. O atendente não mencionou que a loja não oferece garantia que o relógio a prova d'água continue a prova d'água. Lembrando que isso não está conforme o código do consumidor. Foi trocado a bateria e não foi dado nota fiscal do trabalho. Hoje, 02 de junho, lavei meu relógio e o mesmo deu infiltração. Fui até a loja é fui informado que a loja não da garantia a prova d'água. Vou denunciar a loja com certeza e se quiserem não ter problemas com o seu relógio, não levem nesta loja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No final de fevereiro levei um relógio,adquirido na própria loja em 1994, paras trocar a bateria, porém tive que trocar o mecanismo, pois a bateria antiga vazou o fluido e comprometeu todo o funcionamento. Serviço bem executado, em poucos dias, apesar da complexidade do trabalho......tirando e moça que fez o primeiro atendimento e a cobrança hoje quando fui retirar, talvez tenha escolhido dias ruins, pois ela estava nas 2 situações mal humorada e ficou contrariada quando exigi a nota fiscal......de resto, ótimo trabalho do técnico!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, 3 meses atrás levei um relógio para trocar a pulseira e a bateria, semana passada parou de funcionar, voltei lá e disseram que a bateria era de 2019! Simplesmente quando fui trocar a pulseira não colocaram a bateria nova, e cobraram por isso! Levava todos os meus relógios para manutenção lá, perdi a confiança confiança, e eles um cliente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde, minha primeira e ultima compra ,pois comprei um relógio de presente a minha esposa e pedi para regularem no meu pulso por ela não poder ir ate o local de vido uma cirurgia pois bem ,a vendedora me disse que ao regular não poderia mais trocar achei o cumulo pois já ajustei na própria loja para não danificar .
Ai veio o problema ,o relógio ficou muito grande na minha esposa fui ate la 4 dias depois para negociar ,e não fizeram a troca de jeito nenhum só porque eles mesmo tinha ajustado tinha perdido o direito de troca ,isso é inaceitável ,um absurdo , não poder trocar algo novo que não foi usa só porque ajustou, não recomendo para ninguém essa loja , não sei se é lei ou normas da loja péssimo compra sem dizer que o rapaz que me atendeu no dia da troca se enrolou todo para dizer que eu não teria mais direito, fica aqui minha insatisfação .

Then came the problem, the watch was too big on my wife I went there 4 days later to negotiate, and they didn't make the exchange at all just because they had adjusted it themselves, they had lost the right to exchange, this is unacceptable, absurd, not being able to exchange something new that was not used just because it was adjusted, I don't recommend this store to anyone, I don't know if it's the law or rules of the terrible store, I buy it without saying that the guy who answered me on the day of the exchange got all wrapped up to say that I I would no longer have the right, here is my dissatisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei do atendimento, foram bem claros e precisos, a loja é organizada e tem bastantes modelos legais por lá e me deixaram experimentar sem problemas.
Levei meu relógio G-SHOCK para trocar a bateria o serviço ficou em R$45, preferi realizar a troca da bateria lá por indicação da loja no site da CASIO.
