Ontem a Ceva Logistic deveria ter passado em meu endereço para realizar a coletar porém não passaram e muito menos deram alguma satisfação. Isso prejudica os vendedores e os próprios compradores que aguardam seu produto no prazo que foi estipulado. Uma vergonha! Não sei como o Mercado Livre tem coragem de trabalhar com uma empresa como essa. Lamentável! To fora do serviço de Coleta, infelizmente não da pra contar com esses irresponsáveis. Caiam fora dessa!
A company that does not hold respect and commitment to its customers. Yesterday Ceva Logistic should have stopped by my address to carry out the collection, but they didn't pass, much less give some satisfaction. This harms sellers and buyers themselves who wait for their product within the stipulated period. A shame! I don't know how the Free Market has the courage to work with a company like this. Unfortunate! I'm out of the Collection service, unfortunately you can't count on these irresponsible people. Get out of it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima transportadora, hoje faz 3 dias sem coletar. Enquanto isso nossos clientes reclamando nos cometários do Mercado livre. E ainda mentiram falando que minha empresa estava fechada sendo que estava aberta para fazer o recolhimento.
Very bad carrier, today it has been 3 days without collecting. Meanwhile our customers complaining in the Mercado Livre comments. And they even lied saying that my company was closed since it was open to make the collection.
