★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somos pais de uma Bebe, que utiliza desde o nascimento Fraldas Huggies, de uns tempos para cá tivemos problemas com os velcros e tiras das fraldas, que vieram sem cola ou até mesmo sem as tiras, algumas Fraldas dos pacotes, sempre repostas pela empresa. até ai tudo bem, porém hoje, tivemos uma situação surreal, foram fazer as trocas das fraldas defeituosas em minha casa, como não estávamos em casa, quem atendeu o portador da Higgies, foi meu filho mais velho, que não achou as fraldas com defeito para troca, eis que o portador, perguntou se não tinha outras fraldas em casa, meu filho disse que tinha sim um pacote, novo, então o portador pediu esse pacote para meu filho e em plena pandemia, retirou 3 fraldas do pacote novo contaminando todas as demais fraldas do pacote.... como que em plena pandemia um representante da Huggies, pega fraldas dentro de um pacote de uso e deixam as demais fraldas no pacote? pergunto: devemos usar as fraldas contaminadas em nossa bebe?? Ligamos no SAC, que nos informou que não prazo para nos posicionar a respeito e nesse caso como ficamos???
We are the parents of a Bebe, who has been using Huggies Diapers since birth. For some time now, we had problems with the Velcro and diaper straps, which came without glue or even without the straps, some diapers from packages, always replaced by the company. So far so good, but today, we had a surreal situation, they went to change the defective diapers at my house, as we were not at home, who attended the Higgies carrier, it was my oldest son, who did not find the diapers defective for exchange, the carrier asked if there were no other diapers at home, my son said he did have a new package, so the carrier asked for this package for my son and in the middle of the pandemic, he removed 3 diapers from the new package, contaminating all of them the other diapers in the package.... as if, in the middle of a pandemic, a Huggies representative takes diapers from a package for use and leaves the other diapers in the package? I ask: should we use contaminated diapers on our baby?? We called the SAC, who informed us that there is no deadline to take a position about it and in this case, how are we???
