 My experience with Top Drone was excellent. I researched a lot before buying and it was my first choice for contact and I do not regret it. I received a great telephone service and clarification of all doubts by whatsapp, they answered quickly and clearly about all information of the drone and also about values and guarantee. I bought the Dji Mavic Mini and I don't regret it. In short, perfect service both online, on the phone and mainly in person. I totally recommend the store and for sure my next drone will be purchased from them.

Comprei um protetor de hélices para o Phantom 3 que tinha, chegou em um dia útil! O protetor veio bem embalado, com manual de instalação e acessórios. Quando precisei de informações sobre o pedido, fui prontamente atendido, e solucionaram super rápido.
Se tu procura produtos DJI originais e a bons preços, recomendo a Top Drone.
Agora estou com um Mavic PRO e com certeza voltarei a comprar na loja.

I bought a propeller protector for the Phantom 3 that I had, it arrived in one business day! The protector came well packaged, with installation manual and accessories. When I needed information about the order, I was promptly answered, and they solved it super fast.
If you are looking for original and affordable DJI products, I recommend Top Drone.
Now I have a Mavic PRO and I will definitely return to the store.

Impeccable service! I had to do maintenance on my DJI drone and the Top Drone team was super transparent with the necessary repairs and the amounts charged were super fair, I left there without the impression of having been charged more than I should have. Os meninos lá são ótimos! Muito prestativos, entendem do assunto, sabem negociar além de te dar varias dicas de primeiros voos, cuidados com o equipamento além da parte da homologação em ANATEL, ANAC, DECEA. Por sinal, o meu drone já estava devidamente homologado e registrado na ANATEL, eles já fizeram isso lá.
Agora em outubro de 2019 eu resolvi trocar o meu equipamento por um modelo mais novo com eles. Eles venderam o meu drone por um preço incrível e o dineheiro da venda eu usei para aquisição do meu novo equipamento com eles.
Simplesmente não tenho palavras para o profissionalismo dos caras!
Estão de parabéns, é muito difícil encontrar empresas com profissionais tão capacitados e íntegros como o time da TOP DRONE.
Parabéns! Daqui 1 ano to aí de novo para trocar de equipamento pela terceira vez.

In October 2018 I bought my first drone with TOP Drone.
The boys there are great! They are very helpful, they understand the subject, they know how to negotiate, besides giving you several tips on first flights, taking care of the equipment in addition to the approval part in ANATEL, ANAC, DECEA. By the way, my drone was already duly approved and registered with ANATEL, they already did it there.
Now in October 2019 I decided to exchange my equipment for a newer model with them. They sold my drone at an incredible price and the money from the sale I used to purchase my new equipment from them.
I just have no words for the professionalism of the guys!
They are to be congratulated, it is very difficult to find companies with professionals as capable and complete as the TOP DRONE team.
Congratulations! In 1 year I'll be there again to change equipment for the third time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse 10 estrelas, a avaliação seria de 10 estrelas. Bati meu Spark numa pedra e o gymbal parou de filmar. O Drone voava normalmente, mas não transmitia imagens. Entreguei o Spark as 10hs da manhã pro Rafael, no Thera Office da Berrini, um local com estacionamento e bem localizado e as 16hs o mesmo me liga de volta dizendo: "Bruno, seu drone está pronto. Abrimos, desmontamos, não achamos nada com defeito, remontamos e o mesmo voltou a funcionar. Sua câmera está ok". Qual o valor do conserto então, eu perguntei? "Como o orçamento é gratuito e não trocamos nada, não tem custo. É só vir buscar".
Isso é uma empresa séria que dá gosto de avaliar com 10 estrelas no Google. Parabéns! Super honestos, super bem atendido, super recomendo! Valeu, Rafael!
If it had 10 stars, the rating would be 10 stars. I hit my Spark on a rock and the gymbal stopped filming. The Drone was flying normally but did not transmit images. I delivered Spark at 10:00 am to Raphael, at the Thera Office of Berrini, a well-located car park and at 16:00 the same call me back saying: "Bruno, your drone is ready. We opened, we dismounted, we did not find anything with The camera is OK ". What's the value of the repair then, I asked? "As the budget is free and we do not change anything, it has no cost. Just come and get it."
