★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu daria 5 estrelas, pois a competência do médico e equipe é inquestionável. Porém, muito me admirou em plena pandemia de covid19 alguns funcionários não fazerem uso correto da máscara. Além de não usarem máscaras adequadas, alguns ainda estavam com nariz de fora, o que é o mesmo que estar sem. E esse comportamento inaceitável em uma clínica médica está presente desde a recepção, onde uma atendente tira completamente a máscara para atender o telefone, e fora isso fica com ela cobrindo só a boca, até funcionários no atendimento interno.
Edit: Estive novamente na clínica, dois meses depois, e a situação é a mesma. Nada mudou, apesar de prometerem tomar providências...
I would give it 5 stars, as the competence of the doctor and the team is unquestionable. However, in the midst of the covid19 pandemic, I was greatly surprised by some employees not using the mask correctly. In addition to not wearing proper masks, some still had their noses sticking out, which is the same as being without. And this unacceptable behavior in a medical clinic is present from the reception, where an attendant completely takes off her mask to answer the phone, and other than that, she only has her covering her mouth, to employees in the internal service.
Edit: I was at the clinic again two months later and the situation is the same. Nothing has changed, although they promise to take action...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma videohisteroscopia na clínica e gostei muito do ambiente e da equipe. Local bonito, moderno, limpo. Todos sem excessão foram maravilhosos. Atendimento humanizado e profissional. Nenhum detalhe foi negligenciado. Tds foram muito atenciosos com os pacientes. Só tenho agradecer e indicar o local.
I had a videohysteroscopy at the clinic and I really liked the environment and the team. Beautiful place, modern, clean. All without exception were wonderful. Humanized and professional service. No details were overlooked. Tds were very attentive to the patients. I just have to thank you and indicate the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer uma vídeohisteroscopia diagnóstica e fui super bem atendida, eu estava com muito medo porque tinha tentado fazer esse exame sem anestesia e dói muito, não consegui fazer. Fui nervosa e me atenderam muito bem, todos da equipe me tranquilizando, a anestesista, que me esqueci o nome pq eu estava muito nervosa, fui um amor comigo, me acalmou, ficou segurando minha mão. Foi tudo perfeito, não senti nada. Podem ir sem medo, é super tranquilo.
I went for a diagnostic videohysteroscopy and I was very well attended, I was very scared because I had tried to do this exam without anesthesia and it hurts a lot, I couldn't do it. I was nervous and they treated me very well, everyone on the team reassuring me, the anesthesiologist, who forgot my name because I was very nervous, I was so lovely, calmed me down, held my hand. Everything was perfect, I didn't feel anything. You can go without fear, it's super quiet.
