★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui fazer uma Colonoscopia e confesso que fui meio receosa, pois a anterior fiz num hospital, porém, me surpreendi com o atendimento e atenção da equipe e dos médicos. Fiz com Dr Paulo Cunha um excelente profissional que me deixou bem a vontade e esclareceu todas as minhas dúvidas, antes e depois do exame. Sem contar que fui atendida no horário marcado. Recomendo.
 Today I went to have a colonoscopy and I confess that I was a little afraid, because the previous one I did in a hospital, however, I was surprised with the care and attention of the team and doctors. I made Dr Paulo Cunha an excellent professional who made me feel comfortable and clarified all my doubts, before and after the exam. Not to mention that I was attended at the scheduled time. I recommend.

I had a colonoscopy in March and another in October 2021, with Dr Paulo. Excellent service, very attentive and competent doctor. I really enjoyed the treatment I received at the clinic.

Por telefone informaram que teria que ir ao local para agendar a Endoscopia.
Fui ao local, disseram que eu teria que esperar ou agendar por telefone.
Atendimento ruim.
Messy.
By phone they informed that they would have to go to the site to schedule the Endoscopy.

Gostaria de destacar o acolhimento da Enfermeira Evelyn (desde a entrevista até o dia do procedimento), com compromisso, simpatia, atenção e profissionalismo ao lidar com o paciente.

I had a Colonoscopy on 08/09/21 and I would like to congratulate the medical team (Dr. Paulo and Alexandre) and the nursing staff in every procedure.
I would like to highlight the reception of Nurse Evelyn (from the interview until the day of the procedure), with commitment, sympathy, attention and professionalism when dealing with the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gastro do meu pai solicitou uma colonoscopia para ele, por causa da idade dele 79 anos, tivemos que fazer uma consulta com o Dr. Erick, péssimo médico, debochado, assim que entramos na sala, ele não respondeu meu boa tarde, quando falei que a Dra tinha solicitado tal exame ele me voltou com a pergunta "É sério isso?" Ele demonstrou o tempo todo que não queria fazer o exame. Foi antiético ao falar na frente do meu pai que em algumas colonoscopias que ele fez, em 3 pessoas o intestino tinha sido perfurado, não se fala isso na frente de um senhor de 79 anos que necessita fazer um exame chato desse. Por fim resolveu solicitar uma tomografia, que de nada vai adiantar, pq se adiantasse pra detectar algum problema, ninguém faria a colonoscopia como ele disse várias vezes, um exame chato de se fazer. Eu não estava ali pra ouvir isso e sim para marcar o exame e ele executar. É lógico que não vou voltar nunca mais lá, vou procurar outro médico competente, porque esse Dr. Érick já tem que pendurar o jaleco dele e curtir a aposentadoria, pq para lidar com os pacientes ele não serve. Ele conseguiu me irritar profundamente com a atitude mal educada dele. Não recomendo a ninguem
My father's gastro asked for a colonoscopy for him, because of his age 79, we had to make an appointment with Dr. Erick, a terrible doctor, mocking, as soon as we entered the room, he didn't answer my good afternoon, when I spoke that the doctor had requested such an exam he came back with the question "Is this serious?" He demonstrated all the time that he didn't want to take the exam. It was unethical to say in front of my father that in some colonoscopies he had, in 3 people the intestine had been perforated, you don't say that in front of a 79-year-old man who needs to do a boring exam like this. Finally, he decided to request a tomography, which won't do any good, because if he did it to detect a problem, no one would do the colonoscopy as he said several times, a boring test to do. I wasn't there to hear this, but to schedule the exam and have it run. Of course I'm never going back there, I'm going to look for another competent doctor, because this Dr. Érick already has to hang up his coat and enjoy his retirement, because to deal with patients he's no good. He managed to annoy me deeply with his rude attitude. I don't recommend to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava marcada para fazer uma endoscopia, cheguei antes do horário, ao ser atendida pela recepcionista fui informada que estavam sem sistema, que demoraria em torno de 1 h para resolver e que tinham 9 pessoas na minha frente, pois todos os pacientes anteriores estavam aguardando.
Achei uma falta de respeito, pois além do preparo, perdemos tempo para ir até o local. Falta de respeito com os pacientes, poderiam ter mandado um WhatsApp para informar o ocorrido.
I was scheduled for an endoscopy, I arrived early, when I was seen by the receptionist I was informed that they had no system, that it would take around 1 h to resolve and that I had 9 people in front of me, as all the previous patients were waiting.
I thought it was a lack of respect, as in addition to preparing, we lost time to go to the place. Lack of respect for patients, they could have sent a WhatsApp to report what happened.
