Porém deixa a desejar na demora da entrega do exame e não nos dar a opção de acompanhar e imprimir de casa, como outras clínicas já fazem.
 Nice atmosphere, legal service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento pelo telefone é péssimo! Liguei 2 vezes, para pedir o orçamento e desligaram o telefone! Liguei novamente e passaram outro número que ninguém atende!!!
Telephone service is terrible! I called 2 times to ask for a quote and they hung up the phone! I called again and they passed another number that nobody answers !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei diversas vezes pra tentar marcar exames, atendem e deixam o telefone no mudo, foi assim em TODAS as tentativas.
I called several times to try to schedule exams, they answer and leave the phone on the mute, it was like that in ALL attempts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de parabenizar e agradecer pelo excelente atendimento da recepcionista Rosana que esta no atendimento do dia de hoje 04 de marco de 2018, domingo, pois o plano de saude esta com problema no sistema impossibilitando a realizacao do exame q eh de caso urgente. Ela realmente nos deu um retorno e resolveu a situacao...
Sitauacao essa que deveria ser resolvido pelo plano de saude e ela com proatividade e muita boa vontade arrumou uma solucao para que o exame nao deixasse de ser realizado impactando em prejuizo na saude.
Execlente funcionaria Rosana do Fatima Digital que esta de plantao hoje, domingo, 04 de marco de 2018

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei fazer 4 ressonâncias com certa urgência. Fui muito bem atendida desde a marcação, até a realização dos exames. A equipe toda que me atendeu merecem nota mil, em especial a assistente ( Giseli) q nos recepciona p realização do exame. Muito atenciosa e gentil... Super recomendo!!
I had to do 4 resonances with some urgency. I was very well attended from the appointment, until the exams. The whole team that attended me deserves a thousand marks, especially the assistant (Giseli) who welcomes us for the exam. Very attentive and kind ... I highly recommend it !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei de uma informação e atendente foi extremamente grossa, disse que precisaria agendar presencialmente pois o meu plano pede autorização prévia, até aí tudo bem, mas ela poderia ter pelo menos ter me confirmado se a agenda estava muito cheia e se a máquina é de campo aberto ou fechado, ela disse que só ia me passar a informação se eu fosse até a unidade.
I needed some information and the attendant was extremely coarse, said that I would need to schedule in person because my plan requires prior authorization, so far so good, but she could have at least confirmed if the schedule was too full and if the machine is in the field open or closed, she said she would only pass the information on to me if I went to the unit.

A pessoa que atende é de uma falta de educação surreal.
Nem deixou eu terminar de falar e já desligou na minha cara.
