★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fiz um pedido fiquei esperando uma hora e meia, pra no fim ligarem pra mim e falar que não tinha o lanche que pedi, não peço nunca mais além de demorar mais do que eles falam é zero impatia com o cliente!
 Terrible service, I placed an order, I waited an hour and a half, and in the end they called me and said they didn't have the snack I asked for, I never ask again, besides taking longer than they say, it's zero empathy with the customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, esperei uma hora e meia, liguei depois do prazo de entrega, e disseram que não podem fazer nada. Tentei cancelar o pedido eles negam o atendimento. Funcionários grosseiros. Lanche chegou frio, batata murcha, e lanche mal montado. Simplesmente uma decepção não recomendo! Isso pq sou cliente a anos e pela segunda vez fui atendida assim. Então não é apenas uma falta de sorte e sim incompetência.
Bad service, I waited an hour and a half, I called after the delivery deadline, and they said they can't do anything. I tried to cancel the order, they refused to respond. Rude employees. Snack arrived cold, potato wilted, and snack poorly assembled. Simply a disappointment do not recommend! That's because I've been a customer for years and for the second time I was treated like this. So it's not just bad luck, it's incompetence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No último dia 11/04, pedi um lanche às 21:30h, o mesmo só foi entregue 2 horas após. Liguei por 2 vezes questionando a demora onde fui tratada com desdenho pela funcionária que me falou do lanche já estar na rua com o motoboy, quando finalmente o motoboy chegou , perguntei a quanto tempo ele havia saído e ele me informou que acabara de sair da lanchonete.
O lanche é bom, mas o atendimento foi péssimo
On the last day 04/11, I ordered a snack at 21:30h, it was only delivered 2 hours later. I called 2 times questioning the delay where I was treated with disdain by the employee who told me that the snack was already on the street with the motoboy, when the motoboy finally arrived, I asked how long he had left and he informed me that he had just left the cafeteria .
Lunch is good, but service was terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente a anos e ainda me impressiono com a falta de profissionalismo dos funcionários do " restaurante. Já teve dia que fiquei 4 horas esperando um lanche, e sempre que ligavamos perguntando a resposta era a mesma: " já está saindo daqui". Quinta feira dia 14/04/2022 pedi um lanche, depois de 1:30 liguei pra me informar e me disseram a mesma coisa, que já estava saindo de lá, estou esperando até agora ! Só é bom pra quem for consumir no local, pra quem pede no delivery só se decepciona ! Nunca cumprem com o horário estimado, lanche já chega frio, e quando você liga pra pedir informação sobre, ninguém sabe informar. Ninguém! O dono precisa urgente rever seus funcionários, se não vão acabar com o pouco de reputação boa que ainda tem.
I've been a customer for years and I'm still impressed with the lack of professionalism of the restaurant's employees. There were days when I waited 4 hours for a snack, and whenever we called asking the answer was the same: "it's leaving here". on 04/14/2022 I asked for a snack, after 1:30 I called to inform myself and they told me the same thing, that I was already leaving, I'm waiting until now! ask for delivery, you are only disappointed! They never meet the estimated time, lunch arrives cold, and when you call to ask for information about it, nobody knows. Nobody! The owner urgently needs to review his employees, otherwise they will end up good reputation it still has.
