Aconteceu um pequeno incidente no domingo passado, na qual meu irmão caçula comprou um game, que estava com problema na mídia, eu pensando que era um game da charada (meu irmao tbm confudiu a loja) recorri ao wpp da loja, expliquei o ocorrido, mandei fotos e etc... fui super bem respondida, o atendente disse que podia estar indo la pra resolver o problema, explicou que a midia nao era de la, mandou fotos da mídia do mesmo jogo e até me ajudou a identificar a loja na qual vendeu o game.
