Mandei uma mensagem pelo whatsapp para o Marcelo e fui muito bem atendida, mesmo estando no feriado.
Ele veio rapidamente até a minha casa e consertou o miolo da minha fechadura, que é muito antigo e também trocou o miolo da minha fechadura da chave tetra que fica separado da fechadura em si.
Ainda colocou um calcinho na minha maçaneta que estava com folga e regulou o buraco, onde a fechadura tranca a porta, que estava raspando.

Foi muito prestativo nos encaixando na agenda de última hora, super pontual, excelente preço, muito simpático, organizado e limpo, e ainda por cima nos deu uma aula de como configurar e utilizar a fechadura.
