★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha primeira e última experiência nesse lugar foi PÉSSIMA! Meu cachorro voltou do banho & tosa com machucados, nos olhos e no pescoço, além da tosa muito mal feita, cheia de falhas. Mandei msg falando do ocorrido, ao invés de me pedirem desculpas, ficaram justificando oq não dá pra justificar e colocando a culpa no cachorro q foi sem nenhum machucado ainda falou que o cachorro é " DETONADO " ! Precisam melhorar e muito, com os cuidados e atendimento com clientes. Enfim meu cachorro não pisa nesse lugar nunca mais.
 My first and last experience in this place was TERRIBLE! My dog came back from the bath & grooming with bruises, in his eyes and neck, in addition to the very bad grooming, full of flaws. I sent a message talking about what happened, instead of apologizing, they were justifying what I can't justify and putting the blame on the dog that was without any injuries. He said that the dog is "DETONATED"! They need to improve a lot, with care and customer service. Anyway my dog never steps in that place anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou chocada com os comentários, pois aconteceu exatamente a mesma coisa com a minha cachorrinha! Além de cortarem a lateral do braço, ainda colocaram a culpa nela alegando que ela era muito impaciente (vendo os comentários cheguei a conclusão que eles não tem profissionalismo, e nem amor pelos animais, pois usam a mesma desculpas para todos). Não tiveram o mínimo de consideração, não pediram desculpas e nem tinha disponibilidade para a retirada dos pontos, um descaso com o cliente.
I am shocked by the comments, because the exact same thing happened to my puppy! In addition to cutting the side of the arm, they still blamed her claiming that she was very impatient (seeing the comments I came to the conclusion that they have no professionalism, nor love for animals, as they use the same excuses for everyone). They did not have the slightest consideration, did not apologize and did not even have the availability to remove the points, a disregard for the customer.

Excellent Establishment. My dog came out of there an EARRING! The bath and grooming were perfect. Zero defects. I plan to take her more often. A great service.

NADA. BELEZA!, Mas por mais que tenha adorado o resultado. Na região a média é 60,00 a 100,00, enfim, foi escolha burra, mas os cães estão lindos
