Se a melhor suíte é assim, imagina a mais cara!!!

Dirty room with old furniture and peeling bathtub. Disgusting tile!
If the best suite is like this, imagine the most expensive!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi horrível! Água da hidro marrom, copos que ficam dentro do quarto sujos de cinza de cigarro. Pedimos um almoço, lasanha veio praticamente ainda congelada, arroz de fundo de panela. Nunca mais eu volto!
It was horrible! Brown hydro water, glasses that are left inside the room dirty with cigarette ash. We ordered lunch, lasagna came practically still frozen, rice in the bottom of the pan. I never come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não vimos as avaliações antes de ir neste local. Chegamos percebemos que o quarto não estava muito limpo mas até aí ok, pedimos a cortesia durante a noite e não veio porém também deixamos. Pela manhã liguei para pedir o café da manhã e a recepcionista que atendeu já atendeu de uma forma mais grosseira foi então que eu avisei que não recebemos a cortesia e a mesma super grossa e mal educada falou que eu tinha que ter falado com a recepcionista anterior. Falei para a mesma que estava somente avisando ( até porque já era de manhã não queríamos mais), depois ela ligou novamente questionando se não recebemos e perguntou se iríamos querer, em nenhum momento que reclamei para a mesma não foi por causa que queríamos era somente para avisar que não recebemos e ter alguma atenção positiva referente a isso, mas nem isso foi feito.Ah e detalhe que fomos educados com a pessoa o tempo todo até porque nós NÃO somos sem educação e grosseiros!!!
Enfim não recomendo de forma alguma esse motel!!!Ah e uma dica, antes de ir para esses locais pesquisem, para não se decepcionarem igual a nós!!!
Unfortunately we didn't see the reviews before going to this location. When we arrived we noticed that the room was not very clean but so far ok, we asked for courtesy during the night and it did not come but we also left it. In the morning I called to ask for breakfast and the receptionist who answered already answered in a more rude way it was then that I warned that we did not receive the courtesy and the same super rude and rude said that I had to have spoken with the previous receptionist . I told her that I was just letting her know (because it was already morning we didn't want any more), then she called again asking if we didn't receive it and asked if we would want it, at no time did I complain to her it wasn't because we wanted it was just to let you know that we didn't receive it and to have some positive attention regarding it, but not even that was done. Oh and detail that we were polite to the person all the time because we are NOT rude and rude!!!
Anyway, I don't recommend this motel at all!!! Oh and a tip, before going to these places, research, so you don't get disappointed like us!!!
