★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei esperando 10 minutos pra entrar. Chegando no quarto, porta dos fundos que os funcionários entram estava aberta e a funcionária ENTROU NO QUARTO.
Agua fria, toalhas velhas e goteiras. Nao fiquei 10 minutos no quarto e fui embora, e ainda queriam me cobrar 65 reais. Reclamei e reclamei muito e sai de la sem pagar nada e nem um pedido de desculpas a recepcionista falou, foi muito grossa!
Ruim demais, nao recomendo nunca!!!!!!
 I waited 10 minutes to get in. Arriving at the room, the back door that the employees enter was open and the employee ENTERED THE ROOM.
Cold water, old towels and leaks. I didn't stay in the room for 10 minutes and I left, and they still wanted to charge me 65 reais. I complained and complained a lot and left without paying anything and not even an apology the receptionist said, it was very rude!
Too bad, never recommend!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Má iluminação , abri o frigo bar e saiu uma barata. As pessoas que trabalham lá são ótimas , trocaram minha suíte sem nenhum problema , mas a suíte em si esta em situação precária !!!!!
Poor lighting, I opened the frigo bar and a cockroach came out. The people who work there are great, they changed my suite without any problem, but the suite itself is in a precarious situation !!!!!

Horrible there was no towel the dirty bathtub the air conditioning was burnt tv so no signal at all bad bad place to go for a couple I don't recommend it to anyone

Nunca fui em nenhum outro mas já adquiri meus traumas, estou grávida não posso passar nervoso mas passei um muito grande, cheguei no quarto e estava com um aparelho quebrado e me cobraram o preço dele na hora da saída, chamei a polícia para me orientar meu marido trouxe a peça pra casa pra arrumar e pegar o dinheiro de volta. Nunca mais piso nesse lugar! E vou orientar a todos que conheço não frequentar também.
I hated this place! I've never been to any other but I've already got my traumas, I'm pregnant I can't be nervous but I had a very big one, I arrived in the room and I had a broken device and they charged me the price of it when I left, I called the police to guide me husband brought the piece home to fix and get the money back. Never step foot in this place again! And I will advise everyone I know not to attend either.
