Worse place than the real thing, I don't recommend it very horrible, nothing works right, everything dirty, bad service, rudeness I don't recommend it, nothing romantic and cozy, they won't repeat!

Foi uma briga só, peguei um produto de R$20 e tentaram me cobrar R$30, no site a suite está por um preço e na recepção por outro, questionei os valores e quase apanhei de um cara que apareceu do nada cheio de marra dizendo que eu deveria ter olhado os valores na hora q eu cheguei... E pra ficar ainda pior disse que o site tinha sido clonado, mais continua a usar o mesmo para receber dicas e sugestões, aí eu te pergunto, foi clonado mesmo ou eles só não queriam me devolver o dinheiro... Como muitos aqui eu Tbm não recomendo afinal além de chegar e falarem q a suíte q eu queria não estava disponível e me empurraram pra outra e me cobrarem um valor divergente ao do site, tentaram me roubar mudando o valor do produto... Não recomendo e pode ter certeza q não volto mais... Aaaaaa, segue tbm a planilha de preços e o site, ambks com valores divergentes... Espero ter ajudado a todos.. xoxo The place isn't all bad, but the staff... Thank God I didn't have any problems with the shower or the room, but with the attendants, ufaaaaa!!! It was just a fight, I got a product for R$20 and they tried to charge me R$30, on the website the suite is for one price and at the reception for another, I questioned the values and almost got hit by a guy who appeared out of nowhere full of stings saying that I should have looked at the values when I arrived... And to make it even worse I said that the site had been cloned, but it continues to use the same to receive tips and suggestions, then I ask you, was it really cloned or they just didn't want to give me back the money... Like many here, I also don't recommend it after all, besides arriving and saying that the suite I wanted was not available and they pushed me to another one and charged me a different amount from the site, they tried to rob me by changing the value of the product... I don't recommend it and you can be sure I won't be back... Aaaaaa, also follow the price spreadsheet and the website, ambks with diverging values... I hope I helped everyone.. xoxo

Cheguei cansado da viagem e tive q pedir produto de limpeza e pano p limpar a tampa do vaso sanitario que estava toda urinada e ainda sim nao entregaram. 1h p entregarem um queijo quente!!! Fujam desse lugar mesmo q pareca ser a unica opcao! Worst hosting ever. I arrived tired from the trip and had to ask for cleaning product and cloth to clean the toilet lid that was all urinated and still not delivered. 1h to deliver a hot cheese!!! Run away from this place even if it seems to be the only option!
