★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal péssimo atendimento e respeito com o Cliente. Encomendamos um barril de chopp para ano novo, com antecedência, com entrega e montagem no dia 30/12 até as 17horas. Confirmado por email. No dia 30, por volta das 15horas o pedido voltou para status de fila de espera. Fomos ao local e nos informaram que não era garantido... Como assim??? e a nossa festa???? e o cartão de crédito debitado ???? Absurdo... Cancelamos e fomos a Brahma Moema, onde fomos muito bem atendidos. NÃO RECOMENDO Chopp Brahma Express Brooklin. Pior o sistema lixo da AMBEV não permite que Moema atenda a região do brooklin, mesmo que a unidade esteja com falta de produto... Fica ligeiro se quiser garantir a sua festa... não dá para confiar.
Lousy staff and respect for the Client. We ordered a draft beer barrel for the new year, in advance, with delivery and assembly on 12/30 until 5pm. Confirmed by email. On the 30th, at around 3pm the order returned to queue status. We went to the place and they informed us that it was not guaranteed ... What do you mean ??? and our party ???? and the credit card charged ???? Absurd ... We canceled and went to Brahma Moema, where we were very well attended. DO NOT RECOMMEND Chopp Brahma Express Brooklin. Worse, the AMBEV garbage system does not allow Moema to serve the brooklin region, even if the unit is short of product ... Stay tuned if you want to guarantee your party ... you can't trust it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca na vida peçam o Growler de 1L pelo ifood. Vem um chopp velho, sem uma molécula de espuma. Incrivemente inferior a todos os outros lugares que entregam chopp em growler - uma vergonha. Vide foto em anexo, com o pedido recém entregue, levantando a garrafa e tentando fazer espuma no copo.
Never in your life ask for the 1L Growler by ifood. An old draft beer comes, without a foam molecule. Incredibly inferior to all the other places that deliver draft beer in a growler - a shame. See attached photo, with the order just delivered, lifting the bottle and trying to foam the glass.

Entramos em contato no sábado, informaram que estavam com os pedidos fechados, informaram para fazer o pedido na segunda feira.
Tentamos hoje, com preços elevados e não conseguimos agenda para entrega, muito menos contato com a franquia.
Se o produto não se vendesse sozinho, estariam perdidos.
Terrible attendance.
We got in touch on Saturday, informed that they had the orders closed, informed to place the order on Monday.
