Esperei até às 16:00, mandei mensagem pelo aplicativo e nenhuma resposta. Cancelei o pedido e me virei com o almoço......
Quando foi 17:00 o motoboy aparece com a entrega....
Não sei se foi falha no aplicativo, despreparo do restaurante ou descaso com o cliente mesmo...
Bad experience, I placed an order through Ifood around 14:00 with delivery forecast for 15:05.
I waited until 4pm, texted through the app and no response. I canceled the order and turned around with lunch......
When it was 17:00 the motoboy shows up with the delivery....
I don't know if it was a failure in the application, the restaurant's lack of preparation or neglect with the customer...
