 I was deceived by the store on Av. Paulista !! Insurance does not exist !! Stay tuned to the contracts, read everything !! The service is good until you pay for the service after that it was just trouble !! I'm hiring a lawyer to solve this headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa aumenta o valor contratado quando você já está no exterior, alegando que o preço é sujeito a alteração. CI cancela curso de idiomas, aluno é obrigado então a cancelar hospedagem e a Central de Intercâmbio diz que para prosseguimento dos estudos depois da pandemia, cliente deve pagar novamente pela acomodação. Sendo que o acordado, no exterior, era que o estudante teria direito às semanas de acomodação não utilizadas. Empresa age de forma absurdamente irrazoável, contra as leis brasileiras, combina uma coisa e depois volta atrás, mesmo com tudo registrado por escrito... e deixa clientes no prejuízo. Vejam a reputação no Reclame Aqui e tirem suas conclusões. Os índice de solução dos problemas é baixo e você tem cerca de 50% de chances de ficar no prejuízo caso tenha algum problema com a CI.
Company increases the contracted value when you are already abroad, claiming that the price is subject to change. CI cancels language course, student is then obliged to cancel accommodation and the Exchange Center says that to continue studying after the pandemic, the client must pay for accommodation again. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento no pós venda, no pré venda eles de mandam mensagem todos os dias querendo receber depois que recebe você que se vire, infelizmente é a realidade das empresas brasileiras, não indico a ninguém a CI.
Terrible service in the after-sales, in the pre-sales they send a message every day wanting to receive after they get you to turn around, unfortunately this is the reality of Brazilian companies, I don't recommend CI to anyone.
