A	Adrian J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst provider. The staff speaks no English, and it takes them over 1 hour to give you a SIM card. They do not know the price structure of their company. No information is available in English. You have to install a crapy app on your smartphone - in the Portuguese language. There is no prepaid tariff, you have a daily limit of volume. You can not upcharge your amount via credit card, but must go to a shop, where they do not speak English. There are over 100 countries, where you can get a sim card in 5 minutes. And then there is TIM, who takes an eternity for selling a sim card, cuts your internet off in the middle of the day, because they believe you have used your daily limit and sends you about 20 (!) messages per day with promotional nonsense - also in Portuguese. Worst experience worldwide.
