★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja poderia ter uma estrutura e aparência melhores, pois vende produtos de alto valor agregado. O atendimento é mediano e são bem careiros. Tentaram me empurrar uma audax ventus 1000 por um preço bem acima do que é possível ser encontrado no mercado.

da manutenção deixa a desejar, mecânico rude, recebir a bike toda suja com folga na roda e corrente suja rodas com manchas, 145,00 por uma revisão completa não vale ,fiqueim chateado com a situação, quando vc reclamar e o mecânico fala que não tem como melhorar pro dono da loja , e que se quiser nem precisa cobrar, aí vc já ver tudo não tem que falar mais nada , isso pq a bike tem 3 meses de uso com 1800km magina outras bicicleta, eu não recomendo essa oficina fica a dica se quiser passar raiva nem leva bike pra arrumar lá .
The service by the store owner was very good, but the work
of maintenance leaves something to be desired, rude mechanic, receiving the bike all dirty with slack on the wheel and dirty chain with stained wheels, 145.00 for a complete overhaul is not worth it, get upset with the situation, when you complain and the mechanic says no there is a way to improve for the store owner, and if you want to or need to charge, then you already see everything you don’t have to say anything else, because the bike has 3 months of use with 1800km magina other bikes, I don’t recommend this workshop tip if you want to get angry or take a bike to get there.

I was very well attended and quickly to have the pieces. Easy access from the subway. My daughter has already been there and she also liked it.
