★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei de um serviço pra trocar um raio que quebrou, estava longe de casa e me cobraram 70,00 por essa troca.
Perguntei preço antes e falaram que o mecânico precisava avaliar, voltaram com a bike pronta e cobraram esse absurdo de valor.
Sendo que outras duas vezes que precisei fazer isso na mesma situação e em outros lugares, cobraram 25,00 e 35,00.
 I needed a service to replace a lightning bolt that broke, I was far from home and they charged me 70.00 for this exchange.
I asked the price before and they said that the mechanic needed to evaluate, they came back with the bike ready and they charged this absurd amount.
Two other times I needed to do this in the same situation and in other places, they charged 25.00 and 35.00.

I bought a Bike with them via the Site. I removed all doubts by email. I was very well attended by Andrea. I recommend the store very professional. You can buy on the site without fear.

Pois toda vez que sou atendido por ele, sempre sou bem recebido, me ajuda sobre os cuidados da bike, e me orienta na melhor compra de peças e acessórios. E se tenho algum problema, ele sempre esta a disposição para ajudar e resolver o problema da melhor forma. Atendimento igual ao dele, só merece os meus elogios. Parabéns ao seu funcionário.
O motivo de 1 estrelas, é por conta dos mecânicos da loja. Sem vontade de trabalhar, sem o menor cuidado da bike, ficam condenando peças sem necessidade, demora no serviço... Trouxe um cambio da Shimano TZ510 para trocar (estava zero), e o Fernando que realizou o serviço, vem me dizer que o cambio não tem precisão!?? e que tenho que comprar um mais top de linha!??.
Tive que interromper várias vezes o atendimento do Wesley com os demais clientes, para resolver a situação da minha bike. Me senti humilhado com essa atitude do mecânico, deu a entender que a loja, só atende publico de alta linha. Honestamente, estou muito triste em ver uma bicicletaria que tem potencial em ser umas das maiores lojas de São Paulo, manchar sua reputação por mecânico sem profissionalismo.
Parabéns ao atendimento. Nota 10. Nota 0 pros mecânicos da loja.
OBS: Teve que o atendente da loja, mexer na bike, para solucionar o meu problema. Vergonhoso!
To the owner of the Indy bike, I must congratulate you on your employee Wesley. Because every time I am attended by him, I am always well received, he helps me with the care of the bike, and guides me in the best purchase of parts and accessories. And if I have any problems, he is always available to help and solve the problem in the best way. Service equal to his, only deserves my praise. Congratulations to your employee.
The reason for 1 stars is due to the mechanics of the store. Unwilling to work, without the slightest care of the bike, they are condemning parts unnecessarily, service delays... change is not accurate!?? and that I have to buy a more top of the line!??.
I had to interrupt Wesley's service with the other customers several times, to resolve the situation with my bike. I felt humiliated by this attitude of the mechanic, he implied that the store only serves high-end public. Honestly, I am very sad to see a bike shop that has the potential to be one of the biggest stores in São Paulo, tarnish its reputation as an unprofessional mechanic.
Congratulations to the service. Note 10. Note 0 for store mechanics.
NOTE: The store attendant had to move the bike to solve my problem. Shameful!
