Comprei a bicicleta e no outro dia ja deu problema! E pra solucionar, queriam agendar um dia que estivessem disponíveis pois a demanda estava alta e a preocupação é so vender e não atender direito o cliente! Péssimo pós atendimento! Preocupação zero com o cliente, ainda paguei a vista!
Bad experience, do not recommend!
I bought the bike and the other day it was already a problem! And to solve it, they wanted to schedule a day that was available because the demand was high and the concern is just to sell and not serve the customer properly! Bad post-service! Zero concern for the customer, I still paid the cash!
