★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, a funcionária Eli é muito mal educada, estou tentando a mais de um ano resolver um problema no meu apartamento causado por um apartamento que está em responsabilidade dessa imobiliária e essa funcionária aí, não resolve nada e péssima em atendimento ao público.
Coitado dos proprietário que deixam na mão de pessoas tão amadoras quanta essa para administrarem seus imóveis.
Não recomendo nem para um inimigo.
Terrible service, the employee Eli is very rude, I've been trying for more than a year to solve a problem in my apartment caused by an apartment that is under the responsibility of this real estate agency and this employee there doesn't solve anything and terrible in serving the public.
Poor landlords who leave it up to people as amateurs as this one to manage their properties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive problemas com a imobiliaria, nao acharam o processo da inquilina , nao sei se realmente acionaram a antiga inquilina que ficou em debito comigo, e aentrega das salas ficaram varios reparos pendentes da outra inquilina, por fim me receberam na porta qusndo fui buscar as chaves para mostrar para um interessado para alugar.
I had problems with the real estate, they did not find the tenant process, I do not know if they really triggered the old tenant who was in debt to me, and the delivery of the rooms were several repairs pending from the other tenant, finally they received me at the door when I went to get the keys to show to an interested person to rent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, agiram de má fé comigo. Fui inquilina de uma sala deixei meus móveis porque estava de mudança, eles sugeriram ficar com os móveis para me "ajudar" a vender, realmente venderam os móveis e não me repassaram o valor da venda. Enviei vários email e ligações eles alegavam sempre as mesmas desculpas.
Infelizmente tenho que publicar isso porque ja fazem quase 3 anos, que tento receber o que é meu.
I do not recommend, they acted in bad faith with me. I was a tenant in a room I left my furniture because it was changing, they suggested having the furniture to help me sell, they really sold the furniture and they did not give me the value of the sale. I sent several emails and links they always claimed the same excuses.
Unfortunately I have to publish this because it has been almost 3 years, I try to receive what is mine.
