Desde o começo, a Soraya fez um pacote sob medida para nós. Mesmo quando quisemos alterar um passeio em cima da hora, ela deu um jeito. Os horários e dias dos passeios foram super bem planejados. A Soraya decidia no dia anterior qual seria o passeio do dia seguinte de acordo com a previsão do tempo. Chegamos antes da muvuca em quase todos os passeios, o que tornava a experiência ainda melhor!
Todos os guias que nos acompanharam foram super gentis e cuidadosos, deram as melhores dicas e tiraram as melhores fotos, em especial o Moisés, que até passou cafezinho para a gente nos passeios!
A Chapada Diamantina é linda, mas a maioria dos passeios são cansativos, seja pela distância percorrida de carro ou a pé nas trilhas. Por isso, a Cirtur fez toda a diferença! Curtimos sem preocupações e mesmo os potenciais perrengues ou chateações foram anuladas pelo excelente tratamento que recebemos!

From the beginning, Soraya made a bespoke package for us. Even when we wanted to change a tour at the last minute, she managed. The times and days of the tours were very well planned. Soraya decided the day before which would be the next day's tour according to the weather forecast. We arrived before muvuca on almost all the tours, which made the experience even better!
All the guides who accompanied us were super kind and careful, gave the best tips and took the best photos, especially Moisés, who even gave us coffee on the tours!
Chapada Diamantina is beautiful, but most of the tours are tiring, whether due to the distance covered by car or on foot on the trails. That's why Cirtur made all the difference! We enjoyed without worries and even potential troubles or annoyances were canceled out by the excellent treatment we received!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si bien visitamos lugares muy bellos gracias a este tour, no creo que estén preparados para turistas que no hablen portugués.
Uno de los guías maneja de manera muy peligrosa en los viajes de regreso, lo cual nos hizo sentir muy inseguros. Y otra guía, si bien tenía buena predisposición, nos dejaba atrás e ignorados mientras charlaba con otra turista, en un recorrido de 12km bastante extenuante y de mucho calor para llegar a una cascada.
Although we visited very beautiful places thanks to this tour, I don't think they are prepared for tourists who don't speak Portuguese.
One of the guides drives very dangerously on the return trips, which made us feel very unsafe. And another guide, although he had a good predisposition, left us behind and ignored while chatting with another tourist, on a quite strenuous and very hot 12km route to reach a waterfall.

Desde o planejamento dos passeios, flexibilidade (tive que alterar um dia, pois a cachoeira da fumaça tava seca) e o cuidado pra que tudo fosse perfeito. A Soraya é uma querida e todos os guias que conheci (Dodó, Maicon, Joaldo e Moisés) são maravilhosos, passam muita confiança e proporcionam momentos lindos na Chapada. Cirtur was amazing in every detail with me. From the planning of the tours, flexibility (I had to change one day, because the smoke waterfall was dry) and the care that everything was perfect. Soraya is a sweetheart and all the guides I met (Dodó, Maicon, Joaldo and Moisés) are wonderful, they are very confident and provide beautiful moments in Chapada. I had amazing days and I thank everyone at Cirtur for being part of it. The best agency in Chapada, without a doubt! ?

The process was very easy, they payed attention to all the details, I'm vegetarian and there was no problem with that. Everything went as they had promised, the guide was very attentive and nice and they accompanied me every step of the way. I highly recommend Cirtur if you need a serious and professional agency to visit this wonderful place.
