★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Meu marido ligou para o telefone indicado no Google e informou que estava a caminho da loja para alugar uma muleta pois acabei de sair do hospital São Luiz.
Quando chegamos ao local, a loja estava FECHADA e a atendente foi embora! TOTAL DESRESPEITO COM O CLIENTE. Agora estou aqui, com a perna engessada no meio da Av. Santo Amaro sem condições de me locomover por falta de capacidade dos atendentes da loja de prestarem um serviço DECENTE e RESPEITOSO.
É lamentável o que essa atendente fez e espero que ela seja demitida pois é um absurdo agir dessa forma!
 Poor service. My husband called the phone indicated in Google and said that I was on my way to the store to rent a crutch because I just left the São Luiz hospital.
When we got to the place, the store was CLOSED and the attendant left! TOTAL DISRESPECT WITH THE CUSTOMER. Now I'm here, with my leg plastered in the middle of Av. Santo Amaro, unable to move around due to lack of capacity of the store attendants to provide a DECENT and RESPECTING service.
It's unfortunate what this clerk did and I hope she gets fired because it's absurd to act that way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do atendimento desta loja. Recomendo a tds. Esta semana precisei de um produto não dava pra entender oque o médico escreveu na receita. O pessoal da loja mostrou super interesse em me ajudar , expliquei o problema que tenho a experiência deles eme ajudou a entender qual produto deveria comprar e ainda ligaram para o consultorio e tiraram conclusões do produto correto . Que certamente era o mesmo que eles imaginaram . Sai de la super satisfeita e ainda tive uma aula de informações sob meu problema de saude. Atendimento fantástico.
I really enjoyed the service of this store. I recommend to all. This week I needed a product I couldn't understand what the doctor wrote in the prescription. The store staff showed great interest in helping me, explained the problem I have from their experience and helped them understand which product to buy and even called the office and drew conclusions of the correct product. That was certainly the same as they imagined. I left her very satisfied and I still had an information class on my health problem. Fantastic service.

Melhorei bem rápido com o produto que comprei além de ser em conta pro meu orçamento eles tinham várias parcelas caso fosse necessário.

A hell ...... I was almost 40 min to be attended to after the low quality material offered would not offer even the worst of human beings honestly I do not know how it stays open probably deceived people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Cirúrgica Alemã me deu uma aula de atendimento ao cliente hoje. Entrei em contato pelo Whatsapp precisando de um produto de valor baixo (R$2,90). Isso não impediu que eu fosse extremamente bem atendido e que que o pessoal da loja se empenhasse em fazer a venda com excelência, conseguindo inclusive um motoboy para fazer a entrega. Paguei por transação bancária e recebi o produto em casa, em minutos. Deixo aqui meus sinceros agradecimentos. Recomendo demais!
German Surgical gave me a customer service class today. I contacted by Whatsapp needing a low value product (R $ 2.90). This did not prevent me from being extremely well attended and that the store staff would strive to make the sale with excellence, even getting a courier to deliver. I paid by bank transaction and received the product at home, in minutes. I leave here my sincere thanks. I highly recommend it!

Too expensive. I went on a Saturday, needing a vacuum cleaner, when most hospital supply stores are closed. I ended up paying R$500.00 for a product that costs R$300.00. I only bought it because I needed it. Abusive price!

I was there this Sunday ..of all the ones I looked for near Embu guacu the only one open on Sundays ..I was very well attended ..it had the two things I needed .and even more the fair price ...thank you viviane
