Ora, se ele nao conhece e não sabe informar sobre os produtos que representa, sugiro um treinamento e mais simpatia no atendimento. Comprei na ULTRAFARMA , paguei mais barato e ainda me ensinaram como ajustar e a forma correta de usar. Basta ver as reclamações para saber que não adianta reclamar tem que deixar de comprar e procurar bom atendimento onde respeitam clientes.
