★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando fui comprar a cinta, a vendedora me disse que poderia trocar se não desse certo, a cinta aperta na coxa e laceou na barriga exatamente onde precisava de compressão. Fui fazer a troca e a resposta foi para eu tentar trocar na fábrica. Nunca mais compro neste lugar. Também vale ressaltar que não há provador no local . Estou no aguardo da solução. Grata

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, no google mostra que o lical fica aberto de sábado até as 13hs, me desloquei até o local agora são 12:22hs e está fechado, perda de tempo, desrespeito com o consumidor que gasta tempo e dinheiro saindo de casa.
I don't recommend it, on google it shows that the lice is open from Saturday until 1 pm, I went to the place now it's 12:22 pm and it's closed, waste of time, disrespect for the consumer who spends time and money leaving the house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo!! Liguei antes para confirmar o horário de atendimento, fui informado que fecha 17:30 cheguei faltando 5 min (17:25) já estava fechado com os 3 funcionários na calçada quando questionei que ainda faltava 5 minutos a funcionária disse que no ponto dela já era 17:30!!!
Procurem um local onde as pessoas estejam interessadas em trabalhar de verdade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 5 máscaras, não me adaptei, pois tenho uma fratura no nariz, liguei um dia após perguntando se poderia trocar, estava lacrada na embalagem, funcionária Ana Paula disse que sim, com a nota.
Ontem compareci a loja fui atendida por Marisa, que me informou que não poderia trocar, tenho uma deficiência auditiva, e questionei....COMO ASSIM...eu liguei...ela a senhora não precisa gritar, me senti desconfortável DEMAIS, pois só quem tem sabe, aí foi atrás de um biombo e falou com alguém que autorizou.
Mas fui questionada... está na nota...mas a não troca tem que ser avisada antes da compra, e também eu liguei né.
Então deixou aqui meu relato, pois tenho 17 cirurgias, e se for somar o que já gastei lá, mas quando vc precisa trocar algo, vc descobre a qualidade né.
Atendimento péssimo, todos sem crachá, e vc tem que implorar por um nome.
