★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima qualidade nos serviços... deixei meu inalador pulmosonic para consertar pois não ligava... foi me dito que trocaram a placa, conj. Termostato e etiqueta do painel... paguei pelos serviços... me deram garantia de 90 dias... utilizei o inalador por 2 vezes e parou novamente... levei novamente a Ipiramed ... disseram que deu um problema na placa ... achei estranho pois, por informação do atendente, a peça havia sido trocada na primeira vez... pedi nova garantia, pois a peça havia sido trocada novamente, mas se negaram, alegando prevalecer a data do primeiro conserto... pois bem, retirei meu aparelho e quando fui usar o inalador, ele estava sem força... levei novamente a assistência técnica... desta vez disseram que era o ventilador ... arrumaram mais uma vez... retirei e usei por 2 x e o aparelho não mais ligou... resumo: levei o aparelho para consertar por 3x, paguei e o inalador além de aparecer um defeito que não tinha, continuou quebrado... jamais retorno ou indico este local
Poor quality of services ... I left my pulmosonic inhaler to fix it because it didn't care ... I was told that they changed the plate, conj. Thermostat and panel label ... I paid for the services ... they gave me a 90-day guarantee ... I used the inhaler twice and it stopped again ... I took it back to Ipiramed ... they said there was a problem with the plate. .. I found it strange because, due to the attendant's information, the part had been changed the first time ... I asked for a new guarantee, because the part had been changed again, but they refused, claiming that the date of the first repair prevailed ... well , I removed my device and when I went to use the inhaler, it was weak ... I took technical assistance again ... this time they said it was the ventilator ... they fixed it again ... I removed it and used it for 2 x and the device no longer called ... summary: I took the device to fix it for 3x, I paid and the inhaler besides showing a defect that I didn't have, it remained broken ... I will never return or indicate this location
