Dia 29/03 comprei um chip. Hoje é dia 16/04. Ja entei em contato via web/chat, whatsapp, telefonema varoas vezes e a resposta é sempre a mesma. Aguarde aguarde aguarde aguard. Peço o dinheiro de volta . Aguarde. Pesso para fazer ligação aguarde. Pesso para usar internet aguarde. Pesso para mandas sms. Aguarde. Fala que o problema é no telefone troco o telefone. Aguarde. Fala que é problema na rede local, vou em outros bairros. Aguarde. Fala que a linha do telefome mas recebo sms de protocolo e de propagadas. A unica coisa quw eu consigo fazer é colocar credito ligando no 1052. Pq nem atendimento pessoal eu consegui no 1052. Engracado que se eu ligar 1057 consigo falar na central da oi.!

I bought a chip that doesn't work and they don't refund my money
On 03/29 I bought a chip. Today is the 16/04. I've been in contact via web/chat, whatsapp, phone call several times and the answer is always the same. Wait wait wait wait. I ask for the money back. Wait. Person to call please wait. Person to use internet please wait. Person to send sms. Wait. Says the problem is with the phone I change the phone. Wait. Says it's a problem on the local network, I go to other neighborhoods. Wait. It says the phone line but I receive protocol and propagated sms. The only thing I can do is put credit by calling 1052. Because I didn't even get personal service on 1052. Funny that if I call 1057 I can talk to the hi center.!
