A claro deveria treinar melhor os seus quadros para melhor atendimento ao público.
Se atendente está com problema pessoais do momento, não é o motivo de descarrega-lós nos clientes .
Não sei o nome da atendente, era de cabelos loiros curtos de meia idade .
Horário em torno de 12:06 h da tarde data 11/04/2022.
Vou procurar uma loja na zona sul onde resido para tentar um melhor atendimento.
Bastante lastimável este fato .

If the attendant has personal problems at the moment, that's not the reason to unload them on customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja para receber informações a respeito do chip pré pago, já que possuo wifi da mesma operadora em casa ,fui tratada ásperamente pela atendente que disse só estar á disposição para dar informação de planos pós pago.
I was at the store to receive information about the prepaid chip, since I have wifi from the same operator at home, I was treated harshly by the attendant who said he was only available to give information about postpaid plans.
