★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No começo era ótima, mas depois de 1 ano de contrato com o provedor parece que eles diminuíram a banda larga do meu plano e a internet cai de 10 a 10 minutos. Mudei para FALANET por ter o mesmo problema com o outro provedor, mas parece que isso é comum com os provedores locais. Péssimo serviço de internet!!
In the beginning it was great, but after 1 year of contract with the provider it seems that they reduced the bandwidth of my plan and the internet drops from 10 to 10 minutes. I switched to FALANET because I had the same problem with the other provider, but it seems that this is common with local providers. Terrible internet service!!

Recomendo com força.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa péssima! Internet sempre com problemas e necessitando de reparos que dão o prazo de 48h para o técnico resolver, enquanto isso ficamos sem internet! E são problemas recorrentes, em dois anos praticamente todos os meses tive esse tipo de problema. Além do fato de não enviarem o boleto pelos correios e nem por e-mail. O cliente se quiser que ligue todo mês solicitando o envio, para poder pagar e não bloquearem o serviço! To cansada de ter problemas por 2 anos. Empresa sem preparo , péssima e nem um setor de reclamações tem!! NAO RECOMENDO!!!!!
