Ah, voltei para reavaliar a claro, tirei uma estrela, se pudesse daria nenhuma, me venderam um pacote de internet com tv, fiquei toda feliz, no dia da instalação cancelaram, pois não querem colocar internet no meu prédio por ser apenas uma torre! Disseram que o síndico teria que fazer o pedido, conversei com o síndico e ele me disse que já havia feito pedido duas vezes, ou seja, puro descaso da Net claro! O dia que avaliarem a necessidade de internet do meu prédio CONDOMÍNIO RIO VERDE, eu reavaliarei no Google novamente.

Infelizmente houve muita falta de vontade no atendimento, por parte da equipe, para solucionar a situação, enfim, seguimos.
