O prazo para entrega era de 45 dias e me GARANTIRAM que não passaria disso. Pois bem, 45 dias se passaram e nem notícia me deram. Quando liguei inventaram mil desculpas contraditórias sobre o motivo do atraso e me pediram para esperar até a semana seguinte SEM PREVISÃO do dia de entrega. Arrependimento total, comprar um sofá e recebê-lo é complicado pois demanda separar um dia da sua agenda para isso. Não recomendo para ninguém essa loja.
I bought a sofa in this store because of the lower price compared to other stores and regretted it before the product arrived. The deadline for delivery was 45 days and I was assured it would be no more. Well, 45 days went by and no news came to me. When I called invented a thousand contradictory excuses about the reason for the delay and asked me to wait until next week NO FORECAST delivery day. Total regret, buying a sofa and receiving it is complicated as it takes a day to set aside your schedule. I don't recommend this store to anyone.
