★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os produtos são bonitos e parecem ser de boa qualidade. Só que o atendimento pós-venda e para entrega é ridículo.
Os funcionários da loja tratam mal os clientes, combinam de fazer contato com antecedência para realizar a entrega e só fazem de última hora (menos de 24Hs antes da entrega) e já dizendo que o produto está no caminhão vindo da cidade do interior onde são fabricados (ou seja, quando te avisam você que se vire pra receber). É como se estivessem fazendo um favor para o cliente de entregar o que ele comprou. E quando tentei reclamar ainda fui admoestado como se a culpa fosse minha e tratado com má-vontade mais uma vez.
Além disso os montadores da loja não tem nenhum cuidado, jogam as ferramentas de qualquer jeito no chão, quase estragaram o piso aqui de casa jogando um martelo no chãode um metro de altura!
Não recomendo esta loja nem para o meu pior inimigo!
The products are beautiful and appear to be of good quality. But after-sales service and delivery is ridiculous.
Store employees treat customers badly, arrange to make contact in advance for delivery and only last minute (less than 24 hours before delivery) and already saying the product is in the truck from the inner city where they are manufactured (ie when they warn you to turn around to receive). It is as if they are doing the customer a favor by delivering what he has bought. And when I tried to complain I was still admonished as if it was my fault and treated grudgingly once again.
Besides, the shop's assemblers are not careful, they throw their tools on the floor anyway, they almost ruined the floor here by throwing a hammer on the floor a meter high!
I do not recommend this store to even my worst enemy!

.Conclusão o sofá entregue esta apresentando os mesmos defeitos do anterior .O dito puro couro apresenta caroços endurecidos .Reclamei mais uma vez e estou aguardando uma resposta . Bateu uma insegurança em relação a qualidade do produto a gerente garante que o problema só ocorreu comigo será falta de sorte ?
