Tiraram o cartaz depois mas eu não teria cortado se soubesse que ele não valia
They put up a poster in front of them promoting a promotional price for the entire month and, only after the cut, informed that the price was normal (20 reais more).
They took the poster out later but I wouldn't have cut it if I knew it wasn't worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência que tive. Me senti lesada duas vezes. A profissional Gabriele Vasconcelos agendou horário comigo 10:00 sábado. Quando cheguei ao salão a primeira solicitação foi preencher um termo informando que a profissional que está trabalhando dentro do salão é uma profissional independente. (O salão já deve ter tido algum problema) chegou atrasada 30minutos e aparentemente já havia outra cliente a aguardando que ela marcou para o mesmo horário. Mesmo sendo avisada que cheguei primeiro ela foi atender a outra pessoa e me passou para outro profissional que apenas aparou as pontas do meu cabelo. Como vi que ela era totalmente sem compromisso e o salão tb por deixar que ela atraia clientes e os trate desta forma, resolvi ir embora antes de fazer as luzes. Mesmo sem ter encostado no meu cabelo ela me cobrou R$120,00 pelo corte das pontas que, repito, não foi ela quem fez. Péssima profissional e de índole duvidosa. Não recomendo nem a profissional Gabriele Vasconcelos - @gabiloiros e nem o salão Classic por permitir este mau exemplo que se diz profissional de atuar no local. Ambos não tem compromisso com o cliente e nem respeito pelas pessoas.
Worst experience I've had. I felt aggrieved twice. The professional Gabriele Vasconcelos has scheduled an appointment with me at 10:00 am on Saturday. When I arrived at the salon, the first request was to fill out a form stating that the professional who is working inside the salon is an independent professional. (The salon must have already had some problem) She arrived 30 minutes late and apparently there was another client waiting for her, and she made an appointment for the same time. Even though I was told that I arrived first, she went to meet someone else and passed me to another professional who just trimmed the ends of my hair. Since I saw that she was totally non-committal and the salon also let her attract clients and treat them this way, I decided to leave before making the lights. Even without touching my hair, she charged me R$120.00 for cutting the ends, which, I repeat, she didn't do. Terrible professional and of dubious nature. I don't recommend neither the professional Gabriele Vasconcelos - @gabiloiros nor the Classic salon for allowing this bad example that is said to be a professional acting on the spot. Both have no commitment to the customer and no respect for people.
