Ganhei um anel do meu marido da loja do shopping patio higienopolis.
Em 10 meses, o anel foi 2 vezes pro conserto.
E, da ultima, foi pra conserto em novembro.
Qdo fui verificar, agora em janeiro , se estava pronto..a atendente disse que me mandou msg e que eu q nao tinha ido retirar.
Pedi que verificasse pois se ela havia mandando a msg, eu nao tinha recebido.
Ela olhou, disse q enviou mas q eu nao recebi.
Qdo questionada pq nao tentou me avisar de outra forma, a resposta foi que a obrigacao dela é mandar e nao ver se a cliente recebeu....
Socorro!!!
Um atendimento quando compra, outro muito diferente quando precisa de algo.
Nao volto la!!

Worst service ever.
I got a ring from my husband from the patio higienopolis mall store.
In 10 months, the ring was repaired twice.
And the last one went for repair in November.
When I went to check, now in January, if it was ready.. the attendant said she sent me a message and that I hadn't gone to pick it up.
I asked her to check because if she had sent the message, I hadn't received it.
She looked, said she sent it but I didn't receive it.
When questioned because she didn't try to let me know otherwise, the answer was that her obligation is to send and not see if the client received it....
Relief!!!
A service when you buy, another very different when you need something.
I won't be back!!
They lost the customer!!!

No mesmo dia quando cheguei em casa relatei para a vendedora via WhatsApp que fiquei 15 minutos com o CACARECO que comprei achando que era de qualidade e tive uma reação alérgica a ponto de inflamar minhas orelhas. Desde então, estão há 5 dias dizendo que estão providenciando a devolução e o estorno da compra.
Total descaso, falta de empatia e compromisso.
Não caiam na história de metais de qualidade. Nunca vi algo tão ruim maquiado de produto de qualidade. Fora o péssimo, ou melhor, a falta de cuidado e atendimento.
I bought an earring last Monday 04/04, during the sale, as in all places that only aim at cash, the service was great. On the same day when I got home I reported to the saleswoman via WhatsApp that I spent 15 minutes with the CACARECO I bought thinking it was quality and I had an allergic reaction to the point of inflaming my ears. Since then, they have been saying for 5 days that they are providing the return and refund of the purchase.
Total neglect, lack of empathy and commitment.
Don't fall for the quality metals story. I've never seen something so bad made up of a quality product. Apart from the bad, or rather, the lack of care and service.
