★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissionais competentes e honestos. Levei meu microondas que tinha parado de funcionar, devido ao meu filho de 4 anos ter apertado várias vezes os botões do aparelho.
Eles verificaram que ele havia ativado uma trava de segurança, e destravaram pra mim, em 1 minutinho, sem cobrar nada.
 Competent and honest professionals. I took my microwave that had stopped working, due to my 4 year old son having repeatedly pressed the buttons on the device.
They verified that he had activated a security lock, and unlocked it for me, in 1 minute, without charging anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demorei um tempo para postar essa avaliação, mas minha experiência foi horrível, trocaram uma peça desnecessária da geladeira, gastei 340 reais e não resolveu o problema, quando questionados pediram mais 360 reais para trocar outra peça, alegando que o problema era nas duas peças, apesar de na primeira avaliação nada ter sido falado sobre o defeito nessa segunda peça. Não houve devolução do dinheiro nem um parecer do técnico, apesar das cobranças. Um descaso com o consumidor.
It took me a while to post this review, but my experience was horrible, they exchanged an unnecessary piece of the refrigerator, I spent 340 reais and it didn't solve the problem, when asked they asked for another 360 reais to exchange another piece, claiming that the problem was in the two pieces, although in the first evaluation nothing was said about the defect in this second piece. There was no refund of money or an opinion from the technician, despite the charges. A disregard for the consumer.

Com certeza indico esta empresa!
After not having the necessary support by one of the authorized Electrolux here in Ribeirão, I went to Clean Service, immediately we were able to schedule a time compatible with my availability and later the solution of the problem of my refrigerator, helpful professional and fair price for the service be accomplished! I definitely recommend this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito pontuais com horário. Agenda lotada até pela qualidade deles. Geladeira pifou no meio do feriadão. Vieram e consertaram com peça que estava no carro. Muito profissionais e excelentes no diagnóstico dos problemas. São diretos na resolução do problema e transparentes no orçamento.
Very punctual with schedule. Schedule full even for their quality. Refrigerator broke down in the middle of the long weekend. They came and fixed it with a part that was in the car. Very professional and excellent in diagnosing problems. They are straightforward in solving the problem and transparent in the budget.

A atendente disse que independentemente da detecção da peça quebrada o orçamente somente é feito com visita e taxa de 40 reais. Não se mostrou nem um pouco apta a resolver meu problema. Melhor seria se tivessem contratado uma máquina para atender o telefone. Pelo menos da máquina a gente não espera força de vontade e empatia
