Devido minha bolsa ter sido extraviada tive que bloquear o chip do meu celular e portanto não estou podendo realizar ligações. Solicitei via zap Clinica a remarcação de horário e ela simplesmente recusou-se. Absurdo!
I have dermatological treatment with Dr. Ruy, an excellent dermatologist, but the receptionist is extremely difficult and intolerant. Because my bag was lost I had to block my cell phone's chip and therefore I am not able to make calls. I asked zap Clinica to make an appointment and she simply refused. Absurd!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou sendo acompanhada pelo dermatologista Dr Ruy Guimarães, onde só tenho elogios, um ótimo profissional, super recomendo, porém, a recepcionista é péssima, está sempre tratando com grosseria, muito impaciente e incompreensível com os pacientes, tanto por ligação (isso quando atende o telefone), quanto pessoalmente. Só não deixei de frequentar a clínica ainda pelo profissional que Dr Ruy é!
I am being accompanied by the dermatologist Dr Ruy Guimarães, where I can only praise, a great professional, I highly recommend it, however, the receptionist is terrible, she is always rude, very impatient and incomprehensible with patients, both by phone (this when she attends the phone) and in person. I just didn't stop attending the clinic because of the professional Dr Ruy is!
