 I liked the Clinic. Good facilities. I was attended by Dr. Maria Angelica. Very helpful, calm, I found competent. I did 5 ultrasound. I really liked the doctor.

Numa consulta pré agendada com Dr Marcos Cezar para 9h, ele chega as 9h25 e ainda tinha TRÊS pacientes na minha frente. A qualidade do profissional começa na pontualidade e respeito aos clientes (sim, clientes, porque pagamos pra ele). Será que lhe ocorreu que para ir a consulta precisei deixar de fazer outras coisas, desprendi tempo, combustível e estacionamento? Não esperei, afinal, tempo é dinheiro. Se todos os que são atendidos com atraso cancelassem a consulta, faltando-lhe nosso dinheiro, quem sabe ele acertaria o relógio.

In a pre-scheduled appointment with Dr Marcos Cezar for 9 am, he arrives at 9:25 am and still had THREE patients in front of me. The quality of the professional begins with punctuality and respect for customers (yes, customers, because we pay for them). Did it occur to you that to go to the consultation I had to stop doing other things, I wasted time, fuel and parking? I didn't wait, after all, time is money. If all those who are delayed attended to cancel the appointment, lacking our money, who knows, he might set the clock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendente simplesmente deixou o meu pedido na mesa e saiu alegando que o site do convênio estava com problema, mesmo eu tendo sinalizado que era lactante. Péssimo o atendimento na recepção .
The attendant simply left my order on the table and left claiming that the health insurance website was having a problem, even though I had signaled that I was breastfeeding. Terrible service at reception.

Não tem estacionamento, funcionários que me atenderam não foram solícitos, a médica responsável pelo meu exame é daquelas ultrapassadas que acreditam que paciente tem que esperar sempre e nem uma desculpa é oferecida (esse é o pior quesito), etc. Definitivamente não recomendo e não pretendo retornar novamente.
I DID NOT LIKE !!!. There is no parking, employees who attended me were not solicitous, the doctor responsible for my examination is those who are outdated who believe that the patient has to wait forever and not an excuse is offered (this is the worst item), etc. Definitely not recommend and do not plan to return again.
