★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com o paciente! Você marca o horário da consulta e fica horas esperando o médico, isso 8h da manhã, imagina no final do dia! Pra que marcar horário então? Devia fazer por ordem de chegada, pelo menos não daria tanta raiva! Lembrando que várias pessoas trabalham e não podem ficar horas esperando pois precisam voltar pro trabalho! E quando fui reclamar com uma das atendentes, ela ficou irritada e disse que é "normal" ele atrasar assim!
 Lack of respect for the patient! You schedule the appointment and wait for the doctor for hours, at 8 am, imagine at the end of the day! Why make an appointment then? I should do it in order of arrival, at least it wouldn't be so angry! Remembering that many people work and cannot wait hours because they need to get back to work! And when I went to complain to one of the attendants, she got angry and said that it's "normal" for him to be late like that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez que usei a clínica e não tive sorte. Fui em uma consulta com ginecologista e o médico sequer usou luvas pro meu atendimento. Anti higiênico, sem cuidado comigo como paciente. Totalmente constrangedor e sem ética.
First time I used the clinic and had no luck. I went to an appointment with a gynecologist and the doctor didn't even wear gloves for my care. Unhygienic, no care for me as a patient. Totally embarrassing and unethical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que fizeram com a agenda do Dr. Enoque hoje não se faz.
Colocaram todos os pacientes que estavam marcados na parte da tarde no horário da manhã.
Atrasos de mais de 1:30... Um completo desrespeito da clínica e do médico em fazer isso com os clientes.
Tive que desmarcar lá na clínica ..de tanto esperar..
Enquanto no Brasil os médicos continuarem ser tratados como " semi deuses", isso vai continuar acontecendo.
E ouvi de outras pessoas relatando lá na clínica que isso é normal....
What they did to Dr. Enoque's agenda is not done today.
They placed all patients who were scheduled in the afternoon in the morning.
Delays of more than 1:30... A complete disregard for the clinic and the doctor in doing this to clients.
I had to unmark there at the clinic ..from so long waiting ..
As long as doctors in Brazil continue to be treated as "demi gods", this will continue to happen.
And I heard from other people reporting there at the clinic that this is normal...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento com o urologista, Dr. Fernando deixou muito a desejar. Depois da consulta com ele, precisei procurar por outro médico para me ajudar com os sintomas da cistite.

Sempre fiz risco cirúrgico nessa clínica.
Fui agendar um novo risco hj, e fui informada que a médica, que atualmente, realiza o teste ergometrico, não atende pela Unimed.
O cardiologista é o mesmo e é ótimo profissional e atende pelo plano.
Diretores da CLIMESP, olha essa questão ai.
Médico de clínica popular, que não atende pela Unimed, não dá, né?!
Disappointed
I always took surgical risk in this clinic.
I went to schedule a new risk today, and I was informed that the doctor, who currently performs the exercise test, does not attend Unimed.
