Vc chega as 7 hrs para ser atendido as 12 hrs.
Além de demorar, do atendimento ser ruim, o local ainda promove aglomeração em plena pandemia. Várias pessoas aguardando, parece até terminal de onibus.
O estacionamento é péssimo, ninguem cuida, vão chegando os carros e trancando os outros, pra sair é um tormento.
Se vc possui uma empresa, não envie seu colaborador para passar por esse transtorno.

You arrive at 7 am to be attended at 12 pm.
In addition to being late, the service is poor, the place still promotes agglomeration in the middle of a pandemic. Several people waiting, it looks like the bus terminal.
The parking is terrible, nobody cares, the cars come and lock the others, to leave is a torment.
If you own a company, do not send your employee to go through this disorder.
