★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou paciente há 5 anos e infelizmente a qualidade no atendimento por parte da equipe da recepção e agendamento por telefone tem deixado a desejar. Falei no dia 24/08 às 13h11 pelo whats, só tive retorno no dia 25/08 às 07h46 perguntando se tinha interesse em agendar. Prontamente respondi que sim e às 10h02 (2h de 15 minutos depois) me responderam com o dia e horário para agendar com Dra. DANIELLA GAMA (em outubro). Demorei ao dar o retorno, pois estava trabalhando e não tive chance de olhar. E respondi às 11h18 que poderia confirmar o agendamento. Sendo que ENCERRARAM meu atendimento com uma mensagem: "Por não obtermos resposta, estaremos encerrando o seu atendimento em alguns instantes." Eu passei 1h sem dar o retorno. E não tiveram a paciência de esperar uma confirmação minha. Ou seja...eu tenho que esperar 12h ou até mais para tentar agendar uma consulta, que só tem vaga para Outubro. Mas a Clínica não consegue dar um retorno para o paciente com brevidade. O canal de atendimento do whats deveria ser para ajudar ao cliente. Já que pelo telefone é algo quase que impossível. A única coisa que me prende a Clínica é a médica. Mas com tamanha dificuldade para agendar uma consulta, estou pensando em ir em busca de algum médico que seja mais fácil e menos trabalhoso para agendar. Tempo hoje em dia é precioso.
 I have been a patient for 5 years and unfortunately the quality of care provided by the reception staff and telephone scheduling has left something to be desired. I spoke on 8/24 at 1:11 pm via whats, I only got back on 8/25 at 7:46 am asking if I was interested in making an appointment. I promptly answered yes and at 10:02 am (2:00 am, 15 minutes later) they answered me with the date and time to schedule with Dr. DANIELLA GAMA (in October). It took me a while to return because I was working and I didn't have a chance to look. And I replied at 11:18 am that I could confirm the appointment. They ENDED my service with a message: "Because we didn't get a response, we'll be ending your service in a few moments." I spent 1h without returning. And they didn't have the patience to wait for my confirmation. In other words... I have to wait 12 hours or even longer to try to schedule an appointment, which only has a place for October. But the Clinic is not able to provide feedback to the patient soon. The whats service channel should be to help the customer. Since over the phone it's almost impossible. The only thing that holds the Clinic for me is the doctor. But with such difficulty to schedule an appointment, I am thinking of going in search of a doctor that is easier and less laborious to schedule. Time is precious these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Uma demora imensa pra ser atendida nesse lugar. Se perde o dia inteiro esperando o atendimento e quando é atendido, após esperar mais de horas, se ficar 3 minutos na sala é muito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!!! Alguns médicos não respeitam horários, a pessoa perde a tarde inteira pra fazer uma consulta e a coleta para um preventivo não fez no mesmo dia, vc agenda para perder outra tarde aqui.
Awful!!! Some doctors do not respect schedules, the person loses the whole afternoon to make an appointment and the collection for a preventive did not take place on the same day, you schedule to spend another afternoon here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de recepção e médico bom, porém o tempo de espera pra ser atendido é absurdo. Poderiam rever a organização dos agendamentos porque é sem condições o que fazem o paciente esperar. São horas.
Reception service and good doctor, but the waiting time to be seen is absurd. They could review the organization of appointments because it is without conditions what makes the patient wait. It's hours.
