Destaco tambem minha gratidão a Dr Eilson, que diagnosticou com eficiência e precisão minha mãe, (paciente do SUS) fato que resultou na celeridade de seu tratamento de câncer, hoje curada.
 I have always had an excellent service with all the professionals of this clinic, I am a patient of Dr. Auxiliadora, a highly competent and attentive doctor, all my endoscopies I only trust with them
I also highlight my gratitude to Dr Eilson, who efficiently and accurately diagnosed my mother, (SUS patient), which resulted in the speed of her cancer treatment, which is now cured.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei um procedimento que requer que eu fique cerca de 21 horas sem me alimentar de comidas sólidas, além de ficar sem beber líquidos 4 horas antes do exame. O procedimento estava marcado para 13h30 e eu só entrei na sala depois das 15h. Pensei que eu ter que fechar as 24 horas sem comer pra poder realizar o exame. Um pouco de empatia seria o mínimo ou explicar logo na recepção que poderia haver um atraso, já que a pessoa senta na cadeira e só espera. No mais, fui perfeitamente atendido pelo médico Eilson Gurgel.
I scheduled a procedure that requires me to go about 21 hours without eating solid foods, in addition to not drinking fluids 4 hours before the exam. The procedure was scheduled for 1:30 pm and I only entered the room after 3:00 pm. I thought I had to close the 24 hours without eating in order to be able to take the exam. A little empathy would be the minimum or explain right away at the reception that there could be a delay, as the person sits in the chair and just waits. In addition, I was perfectly attended to by doctor Eilson Gurgel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fila por ordem de chegada das 14h as 17:30. Cheguei 13:45 já havia 11 pessoas na minha frente... Na era digital de aplicativos esse atendimento é uma piada. Ridículo!!
Queue in order of arrival from 14:00 to 17:30. I arrived at 1:45 pm there were already 11 people in front of me... In the digital age of apps, this service is a joke. Ridiculous!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui bem atendida, ótimos médicos, realmente é por de chegada, mas nunca passei mais do que meia hora esperando, sei o horário de atendimento, sempre vou mais cedo pra ser das primeiras a ser atendidas, e minha médica é excelente, nota dez.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica é boa, a gastro Dra. Zélia é uma ótima médica. Já fiz endoscopia lá algumas vezes e sempre sou bem tratado pela equipe. Minha única insatisfação, é que pararam de atender com hora marcada. Passou a ser por ordem de chegada o que nos obriga a esperar MUITO pela consulta. Falar c a clínica por telefone também é bem complicado.
The clinic is good, the gastro Dr. Zélia is a great doctor. I've had an endoscopy there a few times and I'm always treated well by the team. My only dissatisfaction is that they stopped meeting appointments. It is now in order of arrival, which forces us to wait a LOT for the appointment. Talking to the clinic over the phone is also quite complicated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mês passado fiz 2 exames nessa clínica. Cheguei la, eu estava c a glicose muito baixa. Passei mal, e os funcionários me prestaram o devido atendimento. Fui cedida nos 2 procedimentos. Muito bem atendida. Super recomendo.
Last month I made 2 exams in this clinic. I arrived there, I was c to glucose very low. I went wrong, and the staff provided me with due service. I was given in the 2 procedures. Very well attended. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima clinica, realizo endoscopia a cada 2 anos, já tive outras experiências em outras clínicas não muito boas na realização desse exame, mais fiz uma endoscopia na clínica CEDIGE e não senti na nada, médicos pacientes e que nos orienta o tempo todo. Dr. Jorge F. de Carvalho, muito atencioso e paciente eu recomendo.
Great clinic, I perform endoscopy every 2 years, I've had other experiences in other clinics not very good in performing this exam, but I had an endoscopy at the CEDIGE clinic and I didn't feel at all, patient doctors who guide us all the time. Dr. Jorge F. de Carvalho, very attentive and patient, I recommend him.
