★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência com a Altera Kids, os dentinhos do meu filho comercou a nascer com 8 meses, quando ele tinha 1 ano e 4 meses apareceu uma manchinhas brancas nos dentes da frente. Pesquisando no Google achei a clínica altera Kids, de início fiquei encantada com a clínica linda, Dra fantasiada e lá acha que meu filho estava no lugar certo. Foi feito 4 restaurações nos dentinhos da frente, a estética dos dentes ficou com um péssimo acamento, mas achei que fosse só estética, as restaurações caia com frequência e praticamente tds os meses estava no consultório, e cada vez que a Dra refazia as restauração ficava com mais excesso e prejudicado a saúde bocal do meu filho. Em outubro a restauração do dente caiu novamente, tornei levar na mesma dentista, dessa vez ela unio os quatros dente do meu filho para que as restaurações não caísse mais, tinha muito excesso de resina. Quando
Foi no início de novembro outra restauração do dente caiu, como a Dra estava com agenda lotada, levei meu filho em outros dentistas e tds falaram que precisava refazer todas as restaurações, pois da forma que foi feito não era possível higienizar de forma adequada. Passei uma semana procurando um outro profissional que fosse realmente de confiança, mas no decorrer dos dias no final de novembro o dente do meu filho que tinha feito uma restauração em outubro caiu com menos de 30 dias.
Como um dente que vem sendo tratado regulamente com a mesma dentista, fazendo limpeza a cada 4 meses, cai dessa forma? A última dentista que passei perguntou quem tinha feito aquilo na boca do meu filho, pq não parecia ter sido por um profissional.
Dos 4 dentes que a Dra tratou um caiu e os outros 3 vou ter que refazer as restaurações, pq foi feita de forma errada os dentes estão colados não é possível usar fio dental, meu filho irá ter que fazer uma cirugia e refazer tudo que a Dra fez.
Cuidado pessoal com as avaliações positivas, pois alguns procedimento só percebemos o erro no decorrer dos meses.

It was in the beginning of November another restoration of the tooth fell, as the Doctor had a busy schedule, I took my son to other dentists and they all said that I needed to redo all the restorations, because the way it was done it was not possible to clean it properly. I spent a week looking for another professional who was really trustworthy, but over the course of the days in late November, my son's tooth, which had been restored in October, fell in less than 30 days.
How does a tooth that has been treated regularly with the same dentist, cleaning every 4 months, fall like this? The last dentist I visited asked who had done it in my son's mouth, because it didn't look like it was done by a professional.
Of the 4 teeth that Dr. treated one fell and the other 3 I will have to redo the restorations, because it was done wrong the teeth are glued it is not possible to use dental floss, my son will have to do surgery and redo everything Dra did.
Personal care with positive evaluations, as some procedures only notice the error over the months.

Explica muito bem tudo que será feito, como será o tratamento e como o procedimento será conduzido, tem muito jeito com criança, meu filho de 4 anos sempre abraça a Dra no final do atendimento, isso é uma Vitória para um dentista haha. O consultoria é um encanto, todo preparado para as crianças, é lúdico e encantador. Atendimento personalizado, sempre que chegamos esta passando o desenho que meu pequeno mais gosta.
São cinco estrelas mais que merecidas
Dr. Cris is a loving person, she treats children with great affection. It explains very well everything that will be done, how the treatment will be and how the procedure will be conducted, it is very handy with a child, my 4 year old son always hugs the Dra at the end of the service, this is a victory for a dentist haha. Consulting is a charm, all prepared for children, it is playful and charming. Personalized service, whenever we arrive this is the drawing that my little one likes the most.
Are five stars more than deserved

Levo a minha filha desde muito novinha, faço acompanhamento mensal e sou completamente apaixonada. A localização é ótima, de fácil acesso. O local é muito organizado, limpo e que faz o olho das crianças e dos adultos brilharem.
A Dr. Cris é um anjo na terra. Dedicada, carinhosa, tem o dom de lidar com todas as crianças que atende. O profissionalismo dessa mulher não consigo mensurar em palavras.
A recepcionista Leni super amorosa, sempre dá um jeito de adequar os horários a nossa agenda.
Recomendo de olhos fechados.

Simply the best practice!
I take my daughter since I was very young, I do monthly monitoring and I am completely in love. The location is great, easy to access. The place is very organized, clean and makes the eyes of children and adults shine.
Dr. Cris is an angel on earth. Dedicated, caring, she has the gift of dealing with all the children she serves. This woman's professionalism I cannot measure in words.
The super loving receptionist Leni, always finds a way to adapt the schedules to our schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima e cara experiência. Fui uma única vez em 2021 para uma consulta de avaliação. A dentista Cristiane ficou 1 hora me dando orientações, o que poderia ter sido feito de forma on-line para não deixar a criança impaciente. Mas até aí ok, depois de todo esse tempo, ela mal olhou os dentes da minha filha e já passou um orçamento de várias sessões de aplicação de flúor, para uma criança de 2 anos!! E recomendou que para as outras consultas eu desse sonífero para a minha filha fazer o tratamento calma!! Fui em outro profissional e ao contrário do que disse, não tinham cáries nos dentes da minha filha! Essa dentista é um perigo, cuidado!!
Bad and expensive experience. I went only once in 2021 for an evaluation appointment. Dentist Cristiane spent 1 hour giving me instructions, which could have been done online to not make the child impatient. But so far ok, after all this time, she barely looked at my daughter's teeth and she's already budgeted for several fluoride application sessions, for a 2 year old!! And he recommended that for the other consultations I give my daughter a sleeping pill for the calm treatment!! I went to another professional and contrary to what I said, there were no cavities in my daughter's teeth! This dentist is a danger, beware!!

Gente eu nunca conheci uma clínica tão dedicada que trabalha e demonstra amor , pelos seus pacientes ! , amor pelo trabalho , amor pela criança pelo nossos pedacinho de gente , a ondonto pediatra do meu filho é a dr Cristiane , uma excelência proficional que vai além de ser apenas uma dentista é uma amiga é uma pessoal incrível tanto com a criança quanto com nós pais que precisamos de uma diciplina bucal com nosssos pequenos , Léo (meu filho) fez os canais do dentinho com ela e eu só não me surpreendi com ele nas consultas pq não esperava pouco da dr Cristiane ela é ótima e pra quem não gosta , ou critica a clínica paciência nem Jesus agradou a todos mais deixar mensagem de ódio só sem conhecer é invejar ! Guys I've never met such a dedicated clinic that works and shows love for its patients! , love for work , love for the child for our little piece of people , my son 's pediatric dentist is Dr Cristiane , a professional excellence that goes beyond just being a dentist , she is a friend and an incredible person both with the child and with us parents who need oral discipline with our little ones, Léo (my son) did the tooth canals with her and I just wasn't surprised with him in the consultations because I didn't expect little from Dr Cristiane she's great and for those who don't like it, or criticizes the patience clinic nor did Jesus please everyone, but leaving a message of hate just without knowing is envying!
