★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço de recepção, médicos saem do consultório por qualquer motivo mesmo tendo pacientes esperando, atendem o telefone durante a consulta e não passam confiança. Péssimo serviço.
 Lousy reception service, doctors leave the office for any reason even though patients are waiting, they answer the phone during the consultation and are not confident. Poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, o médico nem se deu ao luxo de passar exames, ele apenas me disse para ir para outro médico que corresponde se a dor que eu estava sentido, foi uma situação bastante frustrante, sair de lá decepcionada! (Não indico a ninguém)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui nessa clinica para um clinico geral, péssimo. primeira vez ele não passou nem um exame tipo checape, não se importou com nada dos sintomas que eu disse. Ficou falando tipo como se fosse um psicologo, eu vou orientar você. pagamos um plano carrisimo para ser consultado, e não conversinha de colégio. ou dicas... melhorem os médicos de vocês. eu não recomendo!!!
I went to this clinic for a general practitioner, terrible. the first time he didn't even pass a check-up exam, he didn't care about any of the symptoms I said. He was talking like a psychologist, I will guide you. we paid a train plan to be consulted, and not talk about school. or tips ... improve your doctors. I do not recommend!!!

Fui hoje para minha primeira consulta que havia marcado na semana passada e depois de aguardar alguns minutos fui informado que o meu plano (amil 350 QC) não era atendido pela clínica. É um absurdo um cliente marcar uma consulta e a atendente não perguntar qual o tipo do plano, já que a clínica não atende todos daquela credenciada, sai de Candelária para ir a esta clínica e dar a viagem perdida. PÉSSIMO.
Poor service. I went to my first appointment last week and after waiting a few minutes I was informed that my plan (amil 350 QC) was not being treated by the clinic. It is absurd for a client to make an appointment and the attendant does not ask what type of plan, since the clinic does not attend all of that accredited, leave Candelária to go to this clinic and give the trip lost. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO atendimento do Clinico Geral, nem sequer faz ausculta do paciente, tudo o que a pessoa relata que esta sentindo (o mesmo fala NÃO TRATO DISSO, NÃO TRATO DAQUILO) como assim???? Você faz clinica medica além de não saber de nada nem ao menos encaminha ou mesmo tenta escutar o paciente. Sobre a recepção é maravilhosa, porém não volto mais nem para mostrar os exames.
