Os exames ocorreram de forma tranquila, no horário , as secretárias são super atenciosas, educadas e pacientes. Agradeço em especial ao Dr. YURI E Dr.Andre que me atenderam. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O médico responsável pelo atendimento (Carlos) foi excelente! Médico muito atencioso e de fato prestou um atendimento completo.
No entanto, infelizmente, a equipe da recepção é desorganizada e ignora as tentativas de contato quando ocorre algum problema (inclusive pelo atendimento WhatsApp). Pela equipe de atendimento, não recomendo a clínica.
The doctor responsible for the care (Carlos) was excellent! Very attentive doctor and really provided a complete care.
However, unfortunately, the reception team is disorganized and ignores attempts to contact you when there is a problem (including via WhatsApp). For the service team, I do not recommend the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos da clínica são receptivos e cuidadosos. As meninas do agendamento sempre com paciência ajudando e indicando os horários que se encaixam na minha agenda e os médicos são muito humanos. Passei em consulta e fiz o teste ergométrico com o Dr. Yuri que é um querido, me examinou com cuidado e tirou minhas dúvidas e fiz um eco com o Dr. Carlos que também é muito atencioso. Recomendo no todo.
Everyone at the clinic is welcoming and caring. The scheduling girls are always patiently helping and indicating the times that fit my schedule and the doctors are very human. I went to an appointment and did the exercise test with Dr. Yuri who is a sweetheart, examined me carefully and took my doubts and I echoed with Dr. Carlos who is also very attentive. I recommend at all.
