★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com o cliente, onde o pai não pode acompanhar na ultrassom do seu filho, sendo que na recepção fica duas pessoas um do lado da outra. Não indico. Sei que estamos em momento de pandemia mas o pai e mãe não se resume em aglomeração já que vocês fazem pior uns perto das outras. E ainda tem a questão do horário, se está na pandemia , por que vocês demoram mais de 1 hora para atenter os pacientes com horário marcado? PEDICOR nunca mais!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei bem desorganizado com os horários e não tem ninguém pra auxiliar ao final do exame. Fiquei com a barriga de 7 meses cheia de gel, não conseguia enxergar obviamente toda ela para limpar e não tinha um ser para auxiliar. Nunca vi isso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito desorganizado quase reagendaram o exame do meu filho por problemas com equipamento iriam avisar 10 minutos antes do agendado esperamos o ajuste pois somos de outra cidade e viajamos para garantir um exame melhor. Além disso profissional que realizou exame não apresentou empatia com meu filho e relatou que exame seria rápido e que há interferência com choro o que é compreensível, no entanto repetiu várias vezes que não seria possível a realização e expliquei previamente que apesar de ter só dois anos o mesmo passou por muitas internações, assim no caso dele não é a agilidade que contaria e sim aproximar-se dele a fim de garantir a realização do exame a contento bem como de forma tranquila. por fim realizou o exame comparando ao paciente anterior e referiu em laudo que criança não estava colaborativa e sugeriu refazer exame depois de seis meses.
