Easy access, great location! I've been doing therapy with the speech therapist Dina for a while and I'm having excellent results, it's gratifying to be attended by attentive professionals who love their profession. I highly recommend this clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, pouco profissional, minha filha e meu esposo foram mautratados pela fonoaudiologa, que a todo momento dizia que não sabia por qual motivo uma pessoa que mora em ferraz de Vasconcelos, estaria procurando uma fono na Penha, e ainda disse que a maioria dos clientes que se tratavam lá, os que moravam mais longe, residia no bairro "Jardins".É lamentável nos dias atuais existirem seres humanos com este tipo de comportamento, que no meu entendimento, foi preconceituoso.
Obs: editado 1: O atendimento o qual mencionei é referente a uma única profissional,
"Dina".Acredito que não representa a clínica.Deste modo, a crítica não se estende aos demais funcionários, incluindo as outras fonoaudiólogas que foram extremamente atenciosas e trataram esse lamentável episódio com muita delicadeza e profissionalismo.
Terrible, unprofessional service, my daughter and my husband were mistreated by the speech therapist, who kept saying that she did not know why a person who lives in ferraz de Vasconcelos would be looking for a speech therapist in Penha, and also said that most of the clients who were treated there, those who lived further away, lived in the "Jardins" neighborhood. It is unfortunate nowadays that there are human beings with this type of behavior, which in my understanding, was prejudiced.
Note: edited 1: The service I mentioned refers to a single professional,
"Dina". I believe that it does not represent the clinic. Thus, the criticism does not extend to the other employees, including the other speech therapists who were extremely attentive and treated this unfortunate episode with great delicacy and professionalism.

Tenho muito a agradecer por toda atenção e dedicação por parte dos profissionais e da clínica. Continuarei seguindo todos os exercícios passados , pois acredito muito na minha evolução .
I have been doing speech therapy for more than 6 months, I was able to observe a lot of evolution in my case. I have a lot to be thankful for for all the attention and dedication on the part of the professionals and the clinic. I will continue to follow all the past exercises , because I believe a lot in my evolution .
