★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O fato de não atender com horário marcado prejudica. Mais de uma hora esperando num local sem estrutura é bem complicado. Deveriam colocar um lembrete para as pessoas usarem fone de ouvido. Local pequeno e as pessoas escutando seus áudios, crianças jogando no celular com som. Sei que deveria ser consciência de cada um, mas um alerta ajuda.
 The fact of not answering by appointment hurts. More than an hour waiting in a place without structure is very complicated. They should put a reminder for people to use a headset. Small place and people listening to their audios, children playing on the cell phone with sound. I know it should be everyone's conscience, but an alert helps.
