★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já usei a Clínica Cidade algumas vezes, e em todas elas seu fui sempre bem atendido, teve algum caso de um pouco de demora, mas nada demais para uma clínica com demanda tão grande! Por enquanto só posso aplaudir pelo atendimento!

Ficam falando que seremos a próxima , e nunca chega a hora , uma demora.
Quem responde no WhatsApp são péssimas profissionais , te agendam em um horário pelo whatsapp , chega aqui o horário é 4 horas depois.
Hora diferente do que está anotado no sistema deles.
É um descaso total , só estou continuando por que já está pago as consultas , e muito bem pagas pra esse descaso com os pacientes , NÃO RECOMENDO DE JEITO NENHUM !!!!!

Those who answer on WhatsApp are terrible professionals, they schedule you in a time via whatsapp, the time arrives here 4 hours later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UM ÓTIMO ATENDIMENTO ,OS MEDICOS SEMPRE ATENCIOSOS E AMANHÃ TEMOS CONSULTA, POR FAVOR VOCES PODERIAM FAZER UMA RAMPA NA ENTRADA DA UNIDADE DA ITAVUVU DE FRENTE COM A PORTA DA UNIDADE ,TEM DEGRAU QUE DIFICULTA PARA OS IDOSOS ENTRAREM DE BENGALA DE ANDADOR E CADEIRA DE RODAS ,A RAMPA QUE TEM FICA NO FINAL DA CALÇADA É LONGE E DIFICULTA PARA OS IDOSOS ,AMANHÃ MESMO VOU TER QUE DAR UM JEITO PARA MINHA MAE ENTRAR COM O ANDADOR POR CAUSA DO DEGRAU DESDE JÁ AGRADEÇO.

No ano passado fui na clínica no dia internacional das mulheres, fui bem atendida por todos e ainda ganhei um brinde, um espelho de bolso que tenho até hoje. Recomendo esse lugar.
Fast service, with great professionals. I have already been seen in the specialties of otorhinolaryngology and endocrinologist, they are attentive and accurate. Last year I went to the clinic on International Women's Day, I was well attended by everyone and I even got a gift, a pocket mirror that I still have today. I recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em todos esses anos, nunca fui tão bem atendida em um lugar como fui na clínica, desde a recepção até o atendimento com a Dra Alessandra, infelizmente fiz uma biópsia para saber o que Tenho, mas tenho fé que nada vai ser, o carinho que ela me tratou não tem igual! Agradeço a Clinica da Cidade e aos responsáveis por cuidar de nos! Que vcs cresçam cada vez mais!
In all these years, I have never been so well cared for in a place as I was in the clinic, from the reception to the service with Dr Alessandra, unfortunately I had a biopsy to know what I have, but I have faith that nothing will be, the affection that she treated me like no other! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meus pais são idosos e passaram na clínica, tanto da Barão de Tatuí, quanto na unidade da zona norte, a demora para ser atendido fica a desejar, meu pai demorou quase duas horas para ser atendido uns dias atrás com a médica urologista, hj minha mãe passou com oftalmologista, quando ela chega na clínica, informaram que o médico estava realizando uma cirurgia, e que ía demorar, ou ela aguardava ou remarcava para outro dia, ela preferiu esperar, chegou uns 40 minutos antes do horário, o médico chegou umas meia hora depois, informaram que tinha 3 pacientes antes dela.
Quando o médico começou a atender, nunca chamava a minha mãe, depois de duas horas e meia esperando, meu esposo que estava acompanhando reclamou e ela foi atendida, ficou uns 5 minutos na sala do médico, pro médico chamar demorou, atendimento no consultório rápido, isso que é particular, ela pagou e foi assim, ela disse que não volta mais, nem eu deixo eles voltarem mais, um descaso, principalmente para os idosos, os valores das consultas se pesquisar está acessível, mas aquele ditado, o barato sai caro, tem que melhorar, a resposta já sei, que vão sentir muito... Tem que resolver, não sentir muito pelo descaso.
No caso do médico estar realizando a cirurgia, tinham que avisar ou desmarcar as consultas com antecedência, não deixar os pacientes horas esperando.
Ponto positivo: as atendentes são educadas e atendem bem, por telefone também, a clínica bem arrumada, apesar da rapidez do atendimento do médico, minha mãe disse que foi bem atendida.

When the doctor started to attend, he never called my mother, after two and a half hours waiting, my husband, who was accompanying him, complained and she was attended to, she stayed in the doctor's room for about 5 minutes, for the doctor to call it took a long time, service in the office was fast , this is private, she paid and it was like that, she said she won't come back, nor will I let them come back anymore, a neglect, especially for the elderly, the values of consultations if you search are accessible, but that saying, the cheap comes out dear, it has to improve, the answer I already know, they will be very sorry... You have to solve it, not feel sorry for the neglect.
In case the doctor was performing the surgery, they had to notify or cancel the appointments in advance, not leave the patients waiting for hours.
Positive point: the attendants are polite and serve well, by phone too, the clinic is well organized, despite the speed of the doctor's service, my mother said she was well attended.

No dia 05/02/2022 paguei 99,00 por um péssimo ultrassom obstétrico e vou dizer o motivo, cheguei lá meu exame estava marcado para às 8h40 (cheguei com 15min de antecedência), fui prontamente atendida pela recepcionista muito querida, e então logo ela me pediu para aguardar que eu já seria atendida (quem me dera) pois só fui ser chamada pra fazer a ultrassom às 10h25 e já começa aí a falta de respeito, vocês acham que esse tempo todo esperando é certo? Ainda mais pra uma gestante tendo que ficar sentada naquelas cadeiras super desconfortáveis e duras? Okay, entrei na sala, o médico super receptivo porém 0 profissional, fez a ultrassom de qualquer jeito (levou exatos 5 minutos o exame, achei um absurdo por paguei quase 100 reais), não examinou detalhadamente minha bebê e logo foi falando "ela está muito pequena pra idade gestacional hein, o percentil dela tá baixo, vamos ter que repetir daqui umas 2 semanas pra ver o que tá acontecendo, 0 jeito de falar com o paciente), e é aí que vem minha próxima indignação, já não basta ter saído apavorada da ultrassom achando que tinha algo errado com minha neném decidi repetir o exame pelo meu convênio com a médica que sempre fez todas as minhas ultrassons e adivinhem? O médico havia passado informações totalmente equivocadas e mal analisadas por PURA PREGUIÇA de fazer o exame de forma correta e cautelosa, avaliou de qualquer jeito minha filha. Quando repeti o exame com a médica que faz as ultrassons do convênio ela passou mais de 15 minutos avaliando cada pedacinho da minha bebê e me explicando detalhadamente o que cada coisa significava, e adivinhem? o percentil dela está dentro da curva, o peso dela está maior do que o que o médico da clínica da cidade tinha passado e inclusive ela está com outra medida de comprimento completamente diferente do que ele também havia passado, e a ultrassom não foi feita com diferença absurda de dias não, foi feita com 5 dias de diferença (ele me passou o peso de 1800kg/40cm percentil 8,9 quando na realidade ela estava com 2300kg/44cm percentil 27) um bebê não ganha 500g em uma semana e isso é comprovado cientificamente, fica aqui a minha indignação pois pagamos caro num exame e é feito de qualquer jeito com um laudo completamente equivocado e um médico preguiçoso!

When I repeated the exam with the doctor who performs the ultrasounds of the insurance company, she spent more than 15 minutes evaluating every little bit of my baby and explaining to me in detail what each thing meant, and guess what? her percentile is within the curve, her weight is higher than what the doctor from the city clinic had passed and she even has a completely different length measurement from what he had also passed, and the ultrasound was not done with absurd difference of days no, it was made with 5 days of difference (he gave me the weight of 1800kg/40cm percentile 8.9 when in reality she was 2300kg/44cm percentile 27) a baby doesn't gain 500g in a week and that's scientifically proven, here is my indignation because we pay dearly for an exam and it is done anyway with a completely wrong report and a lazy doctor!
