★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muitos avaliando a recepção como ótima. Não confundam, educação com competência. A recepção não tem preparo técnico. Só gentileza e educação. Não sabem colocar em ordem de chegada. Quando alguém reclama, mesmo sem razão, elas se desequilibram e faz a vontade da pessoa. Ou seja, se vc falar que chegou primeiro, mesmo sem ter chegado, elas te passam na frente.É fácil entender... O laboratório, ou o médico, chama por ordem do qual a RECEPÇÃO , passa e não o contrário .Nao é o laboratório, ou o médico que determina a ordem de chegada. Entenderam? A recepção é o PRIMEIRO atendimento e deve ser realizado de modo ORGANIZADO.
Fui muito bem atendida pelo médico é melhor ainda pelo laboratório, não pela educação e sim pelo PROFISSIONALISMO. É só corrigirem isso, do mais a clínica atende ao que se propõe.

I was very well attended by the doctor and even better by the laboratory, not because of education, but because of PROFESSIONALISM. It is just a matter of correcting it, otherwise the clinic meets what it proposes to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otimo atendimento, a começar da recepção, meninas muito atenciosas um pouco lento o preenchimento das fichas e para agendar exames, mas isso deve ter sido porque eles estavam com problemas no sistema. A médica muito atenciosa, educada e competente. Gostei voltarei mais vezez.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É obrigatório o uso da máscara mesmo depois do decreto?não sabia, pelo que sei os funcionários precisão de usar isso se a empresa exigir, mais não se deve cobrar os clientes, já não é na primeira vez que fazem isso, fizeram com colegas que já não retorna mais, uso do estacionamento da farmácia e site não funcionam.
Tem locais mais baratos , nas consultas e exames.
Is it mandatory to wear a mask even after the decree? I didn't know, as far as I know the employees need to use it if the company requires it, but you shouldn't charge customers, it's not the first time they do this, they did it with colleagues who no longer returns, use of the pharmacy parking lot and website do not work.
There are cheaper places, in consultations and exams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei a consulta para as 8h30 com oftalmologista e o mesmo estava em atendimento realizando exame. Pela experiência que a clínica tem, deveriam calcular melhor o tempo entre um atendimento e outro, pois eu sofro de ansiedade e outros problemas a mais, marquei a consulta que não é gratuita e gostaria de ser atendida no horário, ou no máximo com alguns minutos de atraso, mas fui atendida 30 minutos depois do horário marcado. Eu acho uma falta de respeito.
I made an appointment for 8:30 am with an ophthalmologist and he was in attendance performing an exam. From the experience that the clinic has, they should better calculate the time between one appointment and another, because I suffer from anxiety and other problems, I booked the appointment which is not free and I would like to be seen on time, or at most with a few minutes late, but I was seen 30 minutes after the scheduled time. I think it's disrespectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da recepção é ótimo porém o atendimento do laboratório é péssimo, o paciente fica esperando mais de 1h e meia para ser atendido.
O paciente chega na clínica com 11 h de jejum e quando vai coletar já está com 13 horas de jejum .
É inaceitável!!
Vergonhoso o atendimento desse laboratório.
Precisam rever isso !!
Reception service is great, but the laboratory service is terrible, the patient is waiting more than 1 and a half hours to be seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela terceira vez refaço minha avaliação, a clínica é boa, limpa e climatizada, a dra que me atendeu muito atenciosa e agradável; o problema é a falta de pontualidade, nunca conseguem atender no horário marcado, o atraso chega de 50 minutos a 1h de espera.
For the third time I redo my evaluation, the clinic is good, clean and air-conditioned, the dr who attended me was very attentive and pleasant; the problem is the lack of punctuality, they never manage to answer at the appointed time, the delay reaches from 50 minutes to 1 hour of waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei revoltada no sábado dia 02/04 cheguei às 07:35 da manhã para a coleta de exames, pois sou gestante e diabética estava em jejum. Fui na recepção duas vezes para pergunta quantas pessoas faltava ser chamada na minha frente isso já era mais de oito horas . Falei pra recepção que estáva demorando e que sou diabética e gestante tava com muita fome . Ela mim falo que faltava apenas duas pessoas a ser chamada quando chegou a minha vez uma moça ( da recepção)passou um paciente na minha frente fiquei revoltada com a situação a falta de respeito. Isso já era mais de 9:00h. Falei pra ela que não era certo. Enquanto as recepcionistas todas educadas mais essa moça tá fazendo tudo errado .já fiz bastante exames aí sempre demoro não volta mais .
I was disgusted on Saturday 04/02 I arrived at 07:35 am for the collection of exams, because I am pregnant and diabetic I was fasting. I went to reception twice to ask how many people needed to be called in front of me, it was already more than eight hours. I told the reception that it was taking a while and that I am diabetic and pregnant I was very hungry. She told me that there were only two people left to be called when it was my turn a girl (from the reception) passed a patient in front of me I was disgusted with the situation the lack of respect. It was already past 9:00. I told her it wasn't right. While the receptionists are all polite, but this girl is doing everything wrong. I've already done a lot of exams, so I always don't come back.
